Kim Robinson has been my absolute go-to hair salon for easily more than 10 years. My hairstylist throughout this whole time has been Carmen Yoon, whose natural skills make every haircut feel like a breath of fresh air. She understands my hair texture and quirks, and does such a great job every single time - I always leave the salon feeling lighter and freer. The level of service, from the staff at the front desk, to the lovely aunties getting your drink orders, is impeccable and creates a cosy and comfortable experience. A visit to Kim Robinson for my regular haircut has also become very much a form of self-care! I hope they continue doing what they do for a long time :)

I have been with Ivan low for a good number of years and I really like the professional way he cuts and style my hair.he's the one! Never fails to me! Feels very surprised and satisfied after few times hair cut with stylist Ivan Low. Easy to manage my hair and looks trendy. My girlfriend also cut by him and colour did by technician Lucas. She was very happy with the result. Thank you Ivan and Lucas. We will keep supporting both of you.

My friend introduce me to Kim Robinson. However, she could not company me because she resides in Selangor (K.L.) I wanted something different from the usual hairstyle i had. I have been searching for a stylist who can provide suggestions for the change. I have no idea which style suits me. I decided to schedule an appointment with Martin (Kim Robinson). I was late by 10 to 15 mins, trying to find the location of the salon. The staff (Jeason) called me and provided great help and directed me to the salon. When i reach the salon, the counter staff immediately showed me the way in.... i was also given a drink of my choice based on what is available. I waited less than few seconds, and Martin came in. He gave a very thorough consultation cos i am not sure if i should just cut or perm as well. He advised not to perm at this moment cos recently, i have bleeched my hair, and the colour have faded, will not be nice if i do the perm now. Martin showed me some hair-styles photos which will suit me. I was amazed by his dry cut, all my previous stylists, either wet hair or spray water first before the cut. Martin did the dry cut very well... Indeed, a master of the signature dry cut. He was also very attentive to my queries... and he provided hair care tips as well. In addition, his speed is very fast too. I am really impressed. I ask when do i need to come back for the next haircut, he said in 3 months time, which i think the amount paid for, is actually worth it. I will definitely come back for my next haicut, and will recommend to my friends and family members. Oh! I forgot to mention about Martin's assistant, very good service. Appreciate for the professional service. 👍
