Wanted to go for quick facial but ended up waiting for half an hour because couldn’t find the queue number board anywhere. After awhile then saw it’s placed on top, near the ceiling there. This is actually bad especially for first timer we don’t know where the queue number board. The plus point is the beautician friendly and welcoming. For the facial itself was okay especially for the short time (15mins) and cheaper price in SG

Very good experience the extraction is very thorough although pain is inevitable. Beauticians are very polite and will answer all your queries. I didn't ask questions like can you remove/extract all in one session which is obviously impossible by common sense 🙂. But my questions like what kind of treatment should I get based on my skin condition and what products can you recommend to me based on my skin condition was spot on. I really liked how my skin looks after the process since it was way cleaner than before and after I used their moisturiser my skin didn't feel so dry anymore. Definitely will come back again. And I have to say the $50 treatment is really worth it, the service and the results is really worth $50 nothing more nothing less and that is to say if you spend nothing you get nothing. I'm so glad I tried Kskin treatment even though I'm quite afraid of pain but at least my skin cleared up.

It is my first time trying this facial treatment for acne. Wantin really did a good job in explaining the treatment steps. Even though my treatment was 15 minutes, she helped to extract all of the dead skin cells, and after the treatment, I felt really moisturise, and my face was very clean. Would highly recommend those who are first-time. It was very relaxing and good to say , she was very gentle as well! For me it was pain free and a good treatment !

Booking and payment were fuss free, although I would have appreciated it if the machine accepted visa payment, as the only payment mode applicable to me at that time was NETS. Waited around 20 minutes for my turn, which was sufficient time for me to run some errands at AMK Hub. Joey was friendly and made my experience so enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the products and procedures, and explained each step clearly along the way, which made me feel relaxed. Best part about Kskin is there is absolutely no hard selling like you would experience at traditional facial salons (picture this: middle aged Chinese aunties bugging you to sign packages or buy their dodgy skincare products). Would definitely recommend Kskin to my friends!

Was first time here and joey did a very good job! I chose combo A (cleanse+glow). My skin was clearer than it has ever been in a very long time. It was very tech forward and not painful unlike traditional extractions. Will definitely go again!

Amazing experience at Kskin! Joey did my facial and her technique was amazing, effective but not painful! She has quite the magical hands! My second time at Kskin, previously I have been to the Yishun outlet. There is consistency across the different outlets as well. And no hard selling at all! That's the best part about this place. I could truly relax and enjoy myself. Tried glow this time instead of cleanse and added on a mask. Worth every cent!

Been to kskin amk hub around 10 times already, always had a gd experience with the younger girls. Recent two visits i was attended to by the older aunty. She was rough, sloppy, and still dare to sell me products after bad skills and service. Also didnt give me a chop and didnt allow me to redeem the free facial on my card. V frustrating experience. She also tried to squeeze my mole repeatedly and painfully, calling it a blackhead. Also tried to use negging tactics to sell me products- the typical "aiya your skin so bad you need this product bla bla". Horrible staff. Never want to be served by her again. Edit: management contacted me via email and phonecall and assured that the staff will be sent for refresher training on skills and communication with customers.
