Especially when it comes to cleaning the face, instead of using traditional pimple extraction tool, it uses another tool that is really not painful at all. Love it, will definitely come back often! Quick as well especially if you want to get some facial treatment in yet don't have much time. Highly recommend. The environment is very clean as well.

Overall very pleasantly surprised by the facial experience. Was very skeptical at first, had to keep googling for reviews and all. Decided to give it a try anyway. Took up the Cleanse + Glow combo ($50) and added an anti-blemish mask ($6). Was serviced by a lady called Xiao Bin; very experienced at what she does. Was able to advise me on my skin type and also recommended me the types or moisturiser/cleanser to use. Extraction of black head was smooth and pain level was very bearable. Skin felt cleaner and less blemished. Will come again to continue this combo treatment!
