Visited waterway point outlet last week. Was attended by beautician, Faith. She was very gentle and knowledgeable. This was my 2nd times but different outlet. Experience was different as the 1st outlet was very hard sell and trying to introduce me all the products. Will definitely visit waterway point outlet.

The ordering of facial service and payment is swift and fast. The therapist who served me is called Grace, she is extremely patient and gentle. I could see immediate result, I think this would be my regular go to facial as it saves time and yet produce result. Highly recommended!

Second visit to Kskin and it was fantastic. Every visit, I can see my face brighten up and clean. It only takes 15-45mins, depending on the treatment and add on. I really like their pigmentation and brightening combo which helps to lighten my pigments. Clarice is skilful and professional. I enjoyed my short relax moment at Kskin. Definitely a place where I will visit regularly. 👍

My Q number was skipped when I was sitting nearby since there isn’t any seat outside the outlet. My Q number wasn’t even showed on the screen. I walked over when it was it my turn and suddenly the number changed to skip mine totally. 2 customers after me went in first. I think it’s ridiculous. I waited an hr already and they should at least showed my number on the screen before they skip me. At least to confirm that the customer wasn’t there. I was told to wait another 15 mins but in the end I have to wait 30 mins. Total waiting time was 1.5hrs and I was supposed 4th in the Q. But in the end I went in as the 6th person. My first time and bad waiting experience. However the treatment feels nice. Done in 20 mins. Will consider gg again if no Q.

Came waterway point for this service for the first time. I have chosen the Glow option with 24k gold serum. Clarice is my beautician, she explained every step while she was doing. My face was very clean & hydrated after the session. 😊

Until visit wwp outlet.. the whole process was going without any conversation, and I’m sure the therapist was not train well.. idk what happen like you paid for a person to touch your face with all those equipment but you can feel she like dk how use to it😂 everything just too gently and she skip any pore she found.. and simply wrap up with next equipment.. hopefully she can improve.. feel wasted money 🥲
