I've never been fully satisfied with other hair salons - either the hair straightening/smoothing treatment was below the mark or wore off very quicky, service was slow (while staff attended to many customers), and/or the haircut left something to be desired. But I was impressed by kudos from the start - service was attentive and smooth, making for a totally relaxing experience. Also, I got a great (most importantly, flattering) haircut from Ken. After a few months, my hair was still smooth and shiny from the rinka treatment. For these reasons, I heartily recommend Kudos. Even through it's price point is higher than some other salons, it's worth it!

Got my hair cut and permed by Ken. Loved the cut, which was done speedily and made my hair feel light. The Rinka perm made my hair very soft and resulted in bouncy cute curls. Will come back again☺️

My daughter recommended this saloon to me. She had done the Mucota treatment here and the results are amazing. Ken recommended me another treatment Rinka Aqua care as my hair had bleached before not suitable to do Mucota. The end result is soft and shiny and I am very happy with the result. This was my second visit and I came on a weekday, and enjoyed a quiet and relaxing ambience. I had requested for Gary and was happy to find him to be extremely friendly and experienced. He recommended the Mucota straightening for top half with perm on lower half and a hair cut. Amidst chatting, he took the time to explain the full process and that he will be using two different types of lotions for the two hair sections due to different hair quality. He personally applied the creams, did the straightening and perming and checked to make sure that my hair was in the right condition. He also said I could come back anytime within the month for a foc touch up it needed on the baby hairs that he didn't go full strength on this time. My hair is smoother, softer and much healthier looking now after the straightening. Thank you for prettying me up Gary!

I did Mucota Rinka rebonding with Gary. I have always wanted straightened hair with curl-in at the hair ends. Other salons either asked me to perm my hair ends in addition to rebonding, or blew dry the ends so they curled in temporarily but straightened out after a wash. Gary has the knowledge that promises to achieve a permanent c curl look without need for perm. He is also able to provide a customised rebonding based on the condition of my hair. Gary is also meticulous when cutting my hair and makes sure it'll look good even when i lower my head. Overall, a good stylist everyone should give a try.

I wud like to share my recent good n valuable experiences of Kudo by Headlines Hairdressing The salon is very neat n clean n the ambience is one of class n serene. Its gives the customer the warm n nice feeling. The staff (assistants) are very hardworking n friendly n gives excellent services. The salon uses pofessional hair products which are excellent for the hairs. My hair stylist Ken chang is a professional hairstylist who is very patient soft spoken n diligent. He is able to recommend the correct hair treatment products n style with no push n hard sell method. He explains clearly the benefits of the products n goes the extra mile to teach step by step guide in blowing n managing the hair curls using RINKA products. He is personable n easy to speak with. Had Ken to attend to my Mucota Algana hair straightening and curls. Love that the products he used was gentle to my scalp and hair with little damage done, yet achieving great results. He was very experienced and meticulous in his work and detailed in his step by step explanation which proved that he knew what he was doing. Visited this salon for the first time for single colour service. My hair length is at waist level. The salon is quiet considering it was a Sunday afternoon. Which is something I like as I hate crowded salons that makes me feel like they’re trying to squeeze in as many customers as possible while ignoring how customers feel being squeezed. The stylists do not hard sell or make small talk; I like such service as I always felt that service staff should respect customer’s personal time. The colour they selected for me suits my skin tone. Overall very satisfied with this salon and I definitely will visit again.

I have been going to Kudos by Headlines Hairdressing for years. The staff are friendly and very skilled with cutting men's hair. The location has plenty of parking and very close to the Mrt excellent.

Aura did the Mucota argan oil hair treatment and hair trimming for me and it looks more natural than soft rebonding! I can wash my hair immediately that night and my hair is still straight and smooth. Was given a free shampoo too! :)
