This is my very first time with them and gosh I am amazed by their service. Vicky did my pedicure while Mei did my french gel manicure. Both hands and feet were meticulously done, not missing/skipping any of their steps, even though they were closing. Then comes Synthia who did the closing, kindly explained to me their promotions. Of all the physical shop nail salons i've been to, this is the BEST. Great service and great quality. 🤩 Hope to drop by when i needed a manipedi!

Lash extensions 5/5 Great application of C lashes, 12mm, hybrid. Day 2 and nothing has fallen off so far. The pillow was very comfortable, eye pads were placed very carefully and did not cause any irritation in the process. Underarm wax 0/5 I didn’t realize this service was a roll-on wax, and I don’t think it was heated enough, thus it was painful when it was dragged across my skin. Can’t remember if it was preceded with sanitizing and powder. Because it wasn’t heated enough, it wasn’t cooling down to harden enough to get stripped off, at some point it had to be peeled off which was even more painful. The technicians went over the same area 4 times — I didn’t know until I looked in up online when I got back to my hotel, you should not apply to the same area more than once. I explained to them that I don’t want to do the other side, because I get hard wax done by European Wax Center monthly back in the US, and this has NEVER happened before. The technicians were both really frazzled and kept repeating that my skin must be too thin because I get monthly waxing, I did not care to argue but that does not make sense at all…and then they tried to offer IPL instead, which I was not interested in. I was assured that the redness will go away in a couple of hours. It’s still very tender and painful, with a few area of broken skin (stings when I sanitize) and marks from broken capillaries. All in all, this was horrifying, I had to get a new dress for my friend’s wedding that has a sleeve, to cover up the redness. Gel nails and pedi 4/5 Solid color for pedi and a nude+blue French tip for mani. For the French tip part, the gel was cured by a small handheld light, it wasn’t strong enough and cause some wrinkling, so it had to be redone. Not sure why the small light for this part, have not seen it before at other salons.

1st time: Vicki and May : good 2nd time : Joanne and May : good 3rd time : Joanne and Cynthia : 👎 Joanne asked me to use serum. I declined. After that she pulls and pushes my hands somewhat roughly and when service was done, she totally ignored me. Gel came off next day. I went back to repair. Still not too good. 👍: May : good natured and humble. 4th time : 20240226 : Vicki and May : good I decided to edit and give 4* because Nail Bliss is sincere to take corrective action. Vicki and Cynthia acknowledged the service mishap and assured me they will try better. Also I believe I met either owner or manager on 1st visit. We didn’t speak at salon but we bumped into each other at MRT station, she greeted me and we spoke a bit. She seems a nice and genuine person. But will I come back after I finished my last paid treatment. Not sure. Too many choices available. But really kudos for Nail Bliss sincere proactive remedial customer service.

QiQi and Vicky are very friendly and professional. They provided excellent service. QiQi is very patient and knowledgeable. She took good care of me throughout the whole session. Vicky did the pedicure for me even gave more extra foot massage when she realised that my both legs were very tight and tense. She told me she has no customer so she would help me to massage more. Overall, very good impression with their services!

Nail Bliss was absolutely relaxing and worth the self-pampering. They take walk-ins! I pick at my nails (so they’re very short) and I had a couple worn-down blisters from walking in dress shoes all week, but they did not judge and were very friendly, thorough, and professional! My feet feel so good and smooth after, and the chair massage was just what I needed after a day of work. I love that you can talk if you want to or just sit and relax and enjoy being pampered. The pedicure was slightly cheaper than the ones I get in the U.S. (68 SGD, which includes the spa treatment with scrubs, lotions and leg/foot massages)

Newly opened store at Novena. The manicurist attended to me is Qiqi, she was very attentive and detailed throughout the whole session. Some other branches staff don’t take customer seriously, always like to chit chat with colleagues while performing the service therefore usually did it too quick for full set pedicure. Will definitely go back to her!
