I had a wonderful experience at Nail Palace! All the staff was very friendly and kind. I was offered water, tea or coffee when I arrived and was well taken care of for the rest of my time there. Jayee took her time and spent a lot of care perfecting my nails. I highly recommend Nail Palace if you are looking to do cute nails!

Seven gives good recommendation on color matching, together with Amelia, both are friendly. I enjoyed the session very much with their laughter. Ps: Thanks Seven for supporting Miku! It was a very successful cosplay 😉

The mall is under construction but I was able to locate Nail Palace on the 3rd floor. Clean, cool and inviting. I was immediately attended by Jayee and Seven, who after inviting me hot water, tea or coffee, made me comfortable and began the head work of digging in at my yettie feet and laborour hands. Excellent service. Highly professional... And fun to visit. I will be back on my next trip, and highly recommend. Thanks girls!

It used to be pretty chill place that I enjoyed having my mani pedi done. There was a change of staffs a few months back and since then they would hard sell packages and often try to find issues with my nails and sell other services. I would not buy new package if this continues.

I'm a simple and low maintenance girl, so I prefer normal polish. I'm glad that Palace Nails listened to my request without upselling me for more services.
