Stylist Dylan is super talented and attentive to details. He was able to provide the colour that I wanted to a T. The place was aesthetically pleasing and clean, lots of photo ops and the whole process was so easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here! I came to this salon after seeing ads about it on ig stories. I wanted to do the one tone hair colour for $59 nett because I wanted to fix my bleached highlights hair (it was looking yellow and was hard to maintain). Upon arriving, Dylan from Anchorpoint outlet gave me a thorough and honest explanation about the options I have and recommended the best course of action in my case, which was not to dye a new colour because it’ll get messy in a week or two. He recommended a shampoo I can use to maintain the ashiness of my hair instead, and helped me wash my hair using that shampoo and I was happy with the results. I feel that I can trust him because he doesn’t recommend things just to make money, but he recommended solutions for my unique case.

this salon is a hidden gem! despite being a small salon with just a few stylists, the service provided was top notch. Stylist Dylan was nice and professional. The hairwash was even nicer than those I had at fancier salons as he was gentle throughout without rushing. He also did a great job with colouring my hair that previously had a lot of different colours in it. However, the colouring took longer than advertised/expected, it took 2 hours instead so it's not really 'express' anymore. nonetheless, would still recommend this salon, do book your appointments via the app 'OLY' as their customer service is slow in replies.

Found a hidden gem in Anchorpoint! Super cosy and staff are professional and knowledgable. My hair stylist also explains every step and product used on my hair which is something I really appreciate. I'm surprised that my scalp didn't feel itchy when doing the hair dye which is rare in my opinion. Overall, love my new hair colour!

Stylist Dylan was attentive to my hair needs and care. The bleaching used was strong and didn't affect my scalp. Hair cut was done professionally and colouring was rad. However the unlimited bleaching was pricey.
