Hihi. Had my session 1st time a Centrepoint outlet.(frequent at Jurong Point) but sadly its closed. I followed my therapist (Pavi) from Jurong Point outlet. She is very detail in waxing, polite and make my brazilian painless. Aside, her personality is very friendly, bubbly, and cheerful. I renew/sign up new package with her 😍😍😍. Looking forward to have Pavi for future booking. Please open an oulet in the West!!!

Yoko at the centrepoint is the best! Whenever she's my therapist, she's very patient and takes time for Brazilian laser treatment. Especially for someone like myself with darker skin and hair. The centrepoint outlet is also very clean and the staff are all nice. The only downside is after the merger, they don't have as many discount packages like before. Pink parlour used to have quite regular package deals.

Needed to do a Brazilian because of an upcoming surgery. First time doing one, the therapist Cherry was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and giving helpful suggestions. The IPL was painless, Cherry was very good and a calming presence as I was nervous. Totally recommend her if its your first time.

I go to the Centrepoint (Somerset) branch. I have been going for about 15 months now and my experience has been great. I started to see visible results from around the third session. It is also easy to reschedule appointments and they always start your session on time too. My main therapist Chiharu-san is very friendly and professional. She makes you feel comfortable and I look forward to my session each time :) the other therapists like Jenny-san and Janes-san are also all friendly as well!

Chiharu, the hair removal lab that I went to because I couldn't go back to Japan, is in charge of my work, and every time I do it, he's polite and fun, and the time passes quickly!
