I’ve been a regular at Resplandor since their early days at their old location, and it’s been a wonderful journey! As someone new to facials, I used to find the idea of visiting one intimidating, mainly because many places feel cold and pushy. But Resplandor has always felt different—warm, welcoming, and truly focused on what works best for my skin. Although I’ve been fortunate to have mostly acne-free skin, I wanted to address my dry skin and uneven tone. Since starting my sessions here, I've seen such an incredible transformation! My skin is now hydrated, even, and SO smooth. The facials are amazing on their own, but the team also gives excellent advice on caring for my skin at home, which has helped me maintain the results. Beyond the improvements I’ve seen, my monthly facials have become a treasured part of my self-care routine. It’s a time to relax, unwind, and truly feel pampered. Plus, their services are genuinely affordable for the quality and care you receive. I absolutely recommend Resplandor to anyone looking for a friendly, results-driven facial experience!!

Have been going for SHR with Resplandor for almost 1.5 years now and it has always been a pleasant and efficient experience! Never had any hard sales ever which is so great. Did an extra skin analysis and tried my first facial with Kila today, she was very patient in explaining what each section implied and gave me product suggestions to control sebum production. Even though I was the last customer, she didn’t rush at all and was really sweet during the entire session too. Definitely recommend! :-)

As always, the facial treatments are comfortable. Extraction is also near painlees. Eleanor took the initiative to adjust the products used based on my skin condition. 100% will recommend!!

Eliza helped me with my skin analysis and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me! She helped me understand what works and what wouldn’t for my skin. She then did the Flora Facial on me which was so relaxing and the extraction didn’t hurt either! She was also really good at explaining each step she was doing so I wouldn’t be shocked or confused by the different sensations. Overall such a great experience! Have already booked my next appointment :)
