I was introduced by a friend to Royal Secrets (after trying out many others) and I never looked back! The best facial place I have been to! My favourite consultant June is gentle and attentive. She makes me feel comfortable and I really enjoyed each session with her. Her massage is out of the world and makes me so relaxed. Wing (front desk) is always so welcoming! Her energy and smile is very infectious! She remembers each client by name and their preferred consultant and always helping us get our preferred time.

I have facial at Royal Secrets Beauty Indulgence for about 20 plus years. My overall experience with them are good and pleasant ones. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy with the services provided by them, especially with my beautician - Ice, who is very polite and highly skilled beautician. She gives good advices and provides professional treatment explanation during my visits which make me feel very comfortable and at ease with her services. The counter staff - Wing is very friendly, smiley and warm. She is very efficient and will try her best in checking and booking appointment for customers. I would definitely recommend Royal Secrets to my friends and relatives.

I have been their customer for more than 10 years. The beauticians who attended to me are June and Pei Chin. They are knowledgeable and very caring. They understand my skin issue as I have dry skin, which causes itch. They will explain the process as they do their work. Most of my friends praised my complexion as I could see the result with Royal Secrets. I would like to compliment the customer service, Wing Ong. She will take down my appointment and reschedule for me when I can't make it with her patient and good attitude.

Been their loyal client since 2003. Excellent facials with a wide array of treatment using high quality equipment. Very warm, friendly and long-serving staff whom they retained throughout COVID19 period. Highly recommended and very trustworthy!

Our beautician Grace takes great care of us on each of our visits! The waiting area is always tidy and clean, receptionists are friendly and warm. It's high time that your office look at renovation work for the shop, the carpet are worn out, frayed and showing signs of aging. The padding underneath are worn down and has staoms amd discoloration as well. This will contribute to poor air quality and health issues for your staff and customers too. Not forgetting Apple the consultant, she is friendly and attentive to our requests too. Overall, the experience is worth every penny. Most importantly, no hard selling :) Missed the days where we can just walk over to next door for massages.

Highly recommend this salon for facials. Staff are very friendly and courteous. I have been using them for many years. My facial masseur, Grace is very skilful and really awesome. I truly enjoyed my facial sessions as she takes very good care of me.

I went for my facial treatment there. Friendly staff. Located within walking distance to the Tanjong Pagar mrt station. Cosy place to relax and enjoy the therapy. The place is a bit old but they have maintained it well. Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic, Royal Secrets have maintained a clean environment for their customers which is most reassuring.
