Mother’s Day best gift ! Awesome experience, clean, simple yet beautiful room! Lovely therapist. The most surprising ever is no hard selling !!!! First time came across this experience!!! Calming, beautiful and modern - from both store design, and service perspective. Hassle-free beauty treatment and products which don’t break the bank. Sasa was professional, patient and knowledgeable as she explained about the brand and products to me. I did the 30-min Bright Idea treatment and emerged with brighter skin and a more defined chin! The 20% discount for first-timers was also a delight. My therapist, Moon was gentle, professional and caring. She explained each machine and product she was about to use on my skin. While she offered me the opportunity to add on a mask, she was very gentle and not pushy. I felt taken care of both both Sasa and Moon at the Takashimaya store. Both my skin and my soul feel brighter after this experience.
