I’ve been with Destinee (Skinn) since 2016 and have always enjoyed her frankness as well as her attention to details . She will spend time to understand her customers’ skin before doing any recommendations. Her facial is not the cheapest on earth but it’s worth very single dollar in the long run. I always have praises around how young I looked and this is all due to her effort . Her treatment/advice is certainly not a blanket approach and she gauge and changes them based on my skin condition. She also does good follow up when asked questions. No hard selling as well , as one will go back to her once one see the results on the face. She’s a keeper !

Love the eyelash extension that was done by Kylie! She is one of the most skilful staff that I have ever met. The extensions are so long-lasting and my friends even complimented on it! Have bad experiences with a few facial places but this place really changed my view! Fion was really skilled and gentle when she was doing my facial and kept ensuring i was okay throughout. It wasn’t that painful as compared to other facial places that i have been before. Cosy environment with super soft blankets!! No hard selling at all! All the staff were really friendly and nice, did not rush me despite being past their closing hours. Emily were very patient in explaining my bill as well.

Becky is a best beauty therapist that I ever had. I had a mixture of treatments and each time had a wonderful experience. She is very meticulous, cares, and attention to each process, make sure I was happy with it. Her massage skill is fantastic. I felt so relax and enjoyed every facial treatment. Christine is the Branch Manager. She is very patient, friendly, and warm, understands my skin issues, and knows what products or treatments will be best for me! They are very professional, always provide excellent services. Highly recommend. 👍

Becky did eyelash perm on me and she is gentle on my eyes. Told her that I don't want my roots to be touched and she did her best to avoid them. Took an hour for the whole session. Good service from her :D Overall very relaxing environment, just that the room a bit cold even with blanket on.

Shi yun has been my therapist for years. Compared to other therapists, her work has always been meticulous and quality. The lashes usually last about 1.5 months for me. The lashes are of good quality too, doesn’t really irritate my eyes.

First time trying out the eyelash extensions at Novena Square 2 outlet, did the mink lashes instead of the normal one as it's softer. Siyun was gentle and careful, results was beautiful and am satisfied with the services provided.

I have been going to Skinn for my lash extension past 3 years. Absolutely pleased with their service, the quality products they use as well as their attentiveness. I do hv sensitive eyes so nasty glue will cause my eyelid to swollen. After highlighting to ShiYun, she uses special glue for my last extension that are suitable for sensitive eyes and it works perfect. Shiyun also has good skills that enable my lash to last for at least another 4 week after the 2-week free touch up. Most importantly, skinn does not hate sells which make my every visit a fussfree one.
