Had my first professional full-body waxing experience here. Lovely Amber made sure my experience was great. Money well spent. Professional and quick. Still pain but much better than trying to do it yourself. Don’t even try guys if you don't know what you’re doing. I know from first hand experience.

Today, I had a AFT session with Holiday, who is excellent in her work and service attitude. She is meticulous and gentle in her approach, with genuine care for my personal needs in the service I actually require, over her own needs. She is knowledgeable in her craft and one can tell that she is experienced and has been doing this a long time! She is a rare therapist who sincerely prioritises the customer's comfort during the procedure. I actually feel like I can truly entrust my hair removal to her. I have been a Strip Co-ed customer for the past 10 years and have always had my AFT treatment with Aigner who is always professional and friendly. The treatment itself is painless and comfortable. If I’m honest there have been times where I simply dozed off and that’s how painless it is. Would recommend doing AFT here with Aigner in a heart beat!

This is my first time patronising Paragon Outlet and I was assigned to Ally,super professional with her work,very knowledgeable and she is great with conversations keeping the customer distracted from the pain of waxing lol.What I really liked about her is that she actually had my interest in check instead of just waxing my whole face off like what a therapist in Orchard suggested and that would have been catastrophic for my skin sensitivity and Ally managed to get it done so smoothly without any breakout.Will definitely opt for her the next time even tho it’s quite a journey for me to travel to town. I have been going to Strip I think for around 4-5 years now and I recommend going to Paragon outlet and have Marjorie as the therapist. Very calm, attentive, gentle, and no hard sell. The Outlet service as a whole also are very smooth in transaction. I move house a lot, so I've tried different outlets and never have a favorite outlets and therapist until my friend recommend me paragon, and even though it's quite far from my house (West side) I still prefer paragon than the outlet near my house.

Been going to Strips for my WAX brazillian with Yuna ever since at 100AM outlet and now already shift to paragon makes me more convenient from my place, i have been very satisfied and she were so gentle with the way she do, coz ever get the worst painful treatment ever in other places, is a nightmare for me, hehe.. and thanks to the front counter Sherlyn who assist me on monday 3 july even tho im late for nearly half an hour on that day due to heavy traffic but still give me a smile hahax tot i would get scold form it..
