Like the famous AX advertisement - Never Leave Home Without it. For me, it is never without Fiona, my waxing therapist. I have been with Fiona for decades except one distressing occasion. Tried another therapist during her absence and it was a most uncomfortable experience. She rained the entire vial of serum on me after my wax and the dripping wet feeling was most annoying. Fiona is conscientious and professional yet personal. I never had any bad waxing experiences. She is delicate and consistent. She is brilliant in both her hard and soft skills. Polite and cheerful disposition. Always a delight to see her and I will go wherever she goes.

Sasha is a standout cos she has a pleasant disposition (I'm saying this as a straight man), she's very gentle and makes me feel welcome whenever i swing by. The rest like Queenie, Eryqah and Mavis are also very welcoming and friendly. They help me a lot whenever i need to change my appointment last minute and make things easy for me. The location is convenient to get to, yet at the same time it’s quite hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the usual scene in Orchard Rd. My therapist, Fannis, is a gem and my absolute one and only true one for me. We have bonded over the years since the very first time we met and coming here nowadays is like visiting friends to hang out. The reception staff are very nice and helpful as well and they make sure that the customers always feel at home. I’ve no regrets coming here despite the steep price of the available services.
