Irene has been helping me with treatments (waxing, IPL, facials) for 14+ years & counting! That alone is testimonial to how good and skillful she is. I have sensitive skin, freckles & sensitive nose, which acts up at times during extraction but Irene always know how to manage it. Irene is meticulous, experienced and professional in her treatments, offering good advices as well. What I also appreciate is that she will inform me of promotions & recommend suitable products for me, but not pushy if I decided not to take up. Her treatments & recommendations have been effective, which is why I continue to receive treatments from Irene for so many years. Definitely highly recommended!

This is the best place for hair removal. Been going there for a while now. Their service is top notch and the place is clean. My therapist Jacqueline is amazing, does a neat job and advices accordingly. I wouldn't want any one else attending to me. Novelle and Jacqueline are both the best! The staff are patient and give good recommendations without hardselling. I feel very clean after each session. The new location at Far East Square is convenient, just 3 minutes from Telok Ayer MRT if you cut through Amoy Hotel. Very close to the drinking spots. My therapist, Shashi, is very meticulous and friendly. She gathers my feedback every session and ensure I see results. We can chat about many things and I feel very comfortable and relaxed during the sessions.

Therapists are good but appointments are hard to get nowadays. Also note that they try to fix you to 1 therapist so if she is not working on a certain day, you will NOT be able to get an appointment for that day for the rest of your package! So lesson learnt - check your therapist’s schedule before signing.

Great experience with the laser hair removal. Totally painless and quick to notice results. Have been attended by Novelle and Shashi, they were both very professional and friendly. They also sent reminders before the actual appointment 👍
