love every trip down to the lash company @ katong! the studio is very comfortable and the staff are super helpful. my lash technician, Nichole took time to access my lash condition and was also very careful during the whole process! :)

I absolutely loved the lash style created! Unfortunately, I did experience some lash drops that happened more quickly than I expected. There was only 40% of lash left only after 3 days. However, I truly appreciate how responsive the lash tech were in reaching out to perform swift service recovery upon informing them of this.

My first visit to The Lash Company @ Katong was great! The salon itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a relaxing and serene ambiance. The quality of the lash extensions themselves was also impressive, with a range of options to suit different preferences and styles. Sophia is knowledgable and explain to me on my lash condition and give good suggestions on what lashes suits me better. She was very gentle during the whole process. Great experience and I definitely will go back again!

The loveliest lashes, the loveliest staff, the loveliest customer service. Would give 6 stars if I could. Special shout-out to Ewi! Will keep coming back and 10/10 would recommend to others.

Have tried a few lash extension salons but I must say this is the best so far. The 1st time I went into their salon, I was serviced by one of their staffs, Regine. She is very friendly, gentle and professional. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole process and experience. And there was no hard selling in their post-service at all. The quality of the lashes is very good, natural and long lasting, as compared to my previous experience with lashes dropping out within 3 days. Will definitely come back and touch up on my lashes again ! Thank you !

Had my lashes done at the katong outlet several times and its the best experience ever! The whole outlet is aesthetically pleasing and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The therapists are all well trained and equally skilled. Had mine done with Regine and she is very gentle and skillful! There is a lash spa to clean the lashes and also an after care kit. Do try them out!

It’s my first time getting eyelash extensions after a long time. Regine made me feel comfortable and welcome when I first arrived. She also advise me on what’s best for my lashes which worked out perfectly for me. Will definitely be back. :)

I always get my lashes done with Sophia and she’s a star! She knows exactly how I like my lashes and achieves that result every time, whilst ensuring the health of my lashes. Best experience in a lash salon! I’m no stranger to lash extensions but Sophia’s service is one of the best I’ve encountered. She was gentle and meticulous. I slept throughout the process! The lash glue does not sting so first timers, you don’t have to worry about any discomfort. She explained what she was doing step by step and even shared tips on how to maintain my extensions and take care of my natural lashes. She made the whole experience so wonderful. The salon is nicely decorated and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The rest of the staff was also very kind and friendly! I will definitely come back and look for Sophia again. :)

I have been going to Lash and Co for the longest time and they are the only ones i will ever trust my lashes with. Regine and Fiona are my lash artist. They are super patient and meticulous, always ready to answer any of your questions. Most importantly they don’t just care about how your extensions look, but also if your Real lashes are growing healthy and well. Not many Lash places place that kind of importance on your real lashes. Would highly highly recommend them! 👍

I had a great experience as a first-timer. Nora did my classic full lash if I’m not mistaken. They get to know your desired outcome and suggest what would best suit you. I wear specs on a daily and surprisingly, the lashes don’t touch the glasses! It isn’t heavy like there’s nothing on and no pain whenever I wash my face. Best part of the experience, no hard-selling!!! Five star for that! 😍

I am a noob to lash extensions and only started trying it this year. My initial experience at another place did a Snuffleupagus on me. I wanted something that is natural and yet “visible” at the same time. I’m glad to have found lashco and Regine has been my go to person for the next 3 sessions. She gets it right all the time which is pretty tough for my short and sparse Asian lashes. Plus the environment is really comfortable and I find myself snoozing most of the time.

My boyfriend booked an appointment for eyelash extensions and I was blown away by how gentle sophia was! (i’m not 100% sure it’s sophia but it’s the name on the card she gave me so i hope it’s correct) The lashes are also super pretty and soft and despite me wanting a more fuller / longer look sophia actually tailored the length and curl to a more natural style which would be what my eyelids can handle. I’m actually loving how it looks! Was also given 2 brushes after the appointment, one for washing my lashes and the other to brush! Thank you so much 😊
