The attention to detail and quality of the manicure is very high. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything would look perfect. For a gel manicure it’s $75 which is about market rate for high end, detail oriented places. I would definitely come back.

I have pretty high standards for shaping and cuticle trimming and I highly recommend The Nail Artistry especially manicurist Hooi Ting. Been a regular since I moved to the east in 2020. Recommended 4 friends and they’re now all happy regular package customers!

Was surprised with the pricing. However, after having my mani pedi done here I think the price here is justified. With how much they spend on polishing their skills to serve better, sanitising their tools every time they use on each customers, keeping the interior clean and tidy and last but not least, they are all friendly and provide their best effort and advice for customers. Their spa is definitely what I would recommend. Can definitely see the result after one try! Definitely worth the money spend here. Will come back again to EC outlet.

Ms. Ning, the nail stylist, was very friendly and helpful, offering great color advice and explaining proper nail care. The results were beautiful and just as I’d envisioned. The process was efficient, and the salon atmosphere was open and relaxing. I’ve heard it’s best to book about 2-3 weeks in advance, and the package option is also reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Walked past this nail salon multiple times and decided to try it. The service there was fantastic and though I have no idea what flower designs I have in mind, Chen Chen was quick to look up flower pictures for me to peruse. Her nail art was soooo pretty! Jingwen was also very patient with my daughters, answering their thousand of questions! Highly recommend this place!

A bubbly and sweet manicurist, Chen Chen at The Nail Artistry Katong outlet! I got a gel manicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was amazing—my nails were shaped perfectly, and the polish was applied so smoothly. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly, making the whole experience relaxing. I went to The Nail Artistry salon on the East Coast after another salon completely messed up my nails the day before. I was greeted by a very caring team who made an effort to find a solution that would give me a satisfying and pretty result that wouldn't damage my nails. They organized to take me in right away. Jingwen and Ning took care of my nails: they gave great advice, did an excellent job very quickly, and were very pleasant. I've been getting my nails done for years, and I've rarely been this satisfied with the result. The quality is top-notch, the welcome is great, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely go back with pleasure and trust in the future. 🫶🏼

Chenchen was meticulous in cleaning up my cuticles, removing my dead skin and shaping my nails - I would consider myself someone who is very particular about these. From booking appointment to day of appointment, it is all hassle free and really important as it is also part of my self care routine. The staff do not hard-sell and I feel very chill whenever I come here for my pedicure.

Left a request to get a Christmas/NYE mani & pedi way too late, but they were able to fit me in by coming in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated - the servicing was super friendly and accommodating; had my choice of what to watch on the tv in front of the chairs. Excellent selection of colours, and unhurried application - seems well applied. Packages were mentioned, but definitely not a hard sell / pushy approach.
