I came here for a trial in May. The PIC was Shirley, a Malaysian. I felt that the massage time was too short, the extraction was not really done, the facial room was too cold, and Shirley, being eager for her commission, engaged in hard selling. I told her that as I am a homemaker with NO income,I am UNABLE to commit to any packages. Of course, she was not willing to give up, and she introduced me the "cheapest" package at the price of $2888. That's insane. That's equivalent to a few months' worth of salary for some, and equivalent to 1 month's salary for others. Once again, I told her no. She then introduced to me their lowest and cheapest package ever, which was $388 for 10 sessions. What does this package consist of? Let me tell you no machines, no massage, a quick extraction, and facial masks. If that's the case, I may as well do it at home by myself. She doesn't seem to understand the significance of spending $388 for someone who has no income. I think she needs to learn to let go, instead of being so persistent in getting a sales. By the way, with regards to the $388 package, do you seriously think that they will prioritise your appointment over someone who has paid $2888, $3888 or $4888? Absolutely NOT. Please read the Google reviews carefully. There are customers who have paid FULL price packages and yet, they have DIFFICULTIES securing an appointment at their preferred timing. Please don't be so quick to sign on the line just because you see that $388 is much cheaper than $2888.
