Exceptional Anti-Acne Facial with Ms. Grace and Ms. Apple at Wynn Beauty Solution…;) I recently had the most incredible anti-acne facial at Wynn Beauty Solution, and I must give a special shoutout to Ms. Grace for her outstanding service! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Ms. Apple and Ms. Grace is truly a skincare expert. She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and understand my specific concerns. Her gentle and meticulous approach during the facial was both soothing and effective. The products she used were of the highest quality, specifically chosen to target acne and improve overall skin health. The results were phenomenal! First tried Wynn Beauty via fave as part of a first trial promo. The entire process was very well done! My beautician, Grace, is experienced and she is upfront about what the session covers setting proper expectation. If they could add facial massage into the session, it will be perfect. One part I like very much is the amount of white heads removed via the peel off mask. There was no hard sell throughout the facial process.

I haven’t had facial for years before coming to Wynn Beauty. First time I did facial with them, my skin was very glowy and radiant for 2 weeks. I didn’t have to even put on makeup with I leave the house. The therapist, Serene is very professional. She will give me advice on the kind of facial cleanser that is suitable for my skin (not selling from their place). They don’t hard sell and made me feel comfortable having facial in the place :)

My skin has seen significant improvement since i first came everyone in the shop is very friendly and their products are sensitive skin friendly. i have eczema and never had an issue with any of the products they use here. Special shout-out to my beautician Apple: she makes every appointment enjoyable and she makes an effort to get to know her clients as well. overall will recommend this place for facial. the only downside is the stairs, have to climb up to level 3 😹

Had a wonderful facial session today! Love how the place is really clean and that they sanitize your hands, body and clothes once you enter. Staff also provides you an extra face mask for you to use post your facial. A comfortable environment that allows you to relax and enjoy a good facial! Skin feels great and brighter after the session. The therapist is very friendly and caring and had 0 hard sell which made the session so enjoyable. Very different from many of the other facial places which make it so terrible. Signed a package with them on my own and am already looking forward to my next session already!

Amazing service, they educated me about my skin and how to take care of it. Really took the time to go through my treatment thoroughly and customise it according to my skin type (even though I picked a cheaper treatment and was going for trial session via Fave). They were really understanding when I had to reschedule due to personal matters. They do ask you if you want to sign up for the package at the end but there's no hardselling. Most importantly, my skin really improved visibly even just after one session! Highly recommend!

I actually discovered Wynn years ago via Fave. After trying so many facial services on Fave, I found Wynn to be the best for me and since then, I’ve never looked back 😌 They use peel off masks which are uncommon during facials (which already removed tons of whiteheads and blackheads) and still do manual extractions afterwards. My face is always friggin’ clean and smooth after the facial. Cherry is my aesthetician and I luv her so much. She literally squeezes EVERYTHING on my face. Those blackheads, ingrown pimple that aestheticians usually skip over or do not manage to squeeze out, she always manages to 🥹 Painful, yes, but super thorough. The best part about Wynn is that they don’t sell standardised facial packages. Cherry always customises the facial according to my face condition for that particular day. So let’s say if my face is super dry, she will probably switch out the clay mask for a hydrating sheet mask etc etc. So if you do sign a package, it’s like 10 sessions x customised facial! 💃🏻 Also, they are sooo thoughtful. They actually give you sheet masks during your birthday month 🥹 Besides, they never ever hard sell. I’ve already referred like 5 or 6 friends here and they all ended up signing a package WILLINGLY hahahaa IT’S THAT GOOD. 11/10 recommend.

Service is not consistent, treatment seems to be different after buying package. The extraction by one of the ladies there (i will find out her name) is so slipshod, she was just scraping my skin (dragging the tool across my skin) instead of extracting, and it was so painful as compared to extraction. When I went back I noticed so much gunk on my face which I could easily remove, not sure why she didn’t help to remove. And seems like after the facial my skin became worse. Hopefully is just an isolated incident

Good and Clean Facial Establishment. They pay close attention to client's comfort. Recently they added the leg pillow, which was a great relief for a regular side sleeper like me who's not used to lying facing up. I loved it! My beautician, Anna is meticulous and friendly. Her presence is comforting, sometimes I even fall asleep during facial! I think I can expect my skin to look and feel better/cleaner in the upcoming months.
