Responded very quick when I required a urgent assistance to set up my daughter's balance bike. Came by the shop and they help set up in 5mins just because I had no alenkey and tyre pump at home. Fuss free service which i really appreciate. Thank you so much

The boss is helpful and friendly. He is not the type that push you to buy. He will explain to you the functionality of the bike to suit your requirements while u decide to buy which bike. They got quite a range of good MTBs, Foldable bikes and Road bikes to choose from with attractive pricing too. Recently, I sent in my 2 bikes for repair and they charge quite fairly and some minor repair they don't charge but help out instead. Though sometimes the shop quite busy with customers, I will definitely go back again to buy from them during the non-peak hours. I find their service better than some other shops which I purchase my current bikes from. Just sharing: Their rifle foldie is very light at only 10kg and got pretty good specs.

No huge selection but a huge welcome. Has in-stock of child seat to fix on my bike so as to facilitate bringing baby along on family cycling trip (even Decathlon doesn’t have it!). Expert advice was given by Ming Lun with no pushing of sales. This shop provides sincere service which I will surely visit again when my family needs a new bike! The best place to service bicycle in punggol (compared to punggol plaza and oasis terrace). Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and price is reasonable. Will stick to them for any bicycle servicing and maybe future bicycle purchase

Everyone at the shop was very friendly and approachable. Had my bicycle parts changed and they were very patient in explaining what were the different parts and its function and how it would affect my overall riding experience. They also very kindly changed the colour of my crank even though I had initially chose a different colour and had a change of mind upon collection. Hands down one of the best bicycle services I have received thus far.

Had a ride with kakis this afternoon at Punggol Waterway. One member mentioned that he wanted to add a component, so we pop in and had it done. The lady owner and the two sons are all very friendly and helpful. As my bike is also due for a service, and I ask for the service, they were very helpful to accept the service even without pre-arrangement. Job is done with quality and quick. Highly recommend this place. Will go back again.

Went to replace tire for my very old bike that I had not used for long time. They were kind enough to help me check the alignment and adjust the gear. I went back on the 2nd day as the tire were flat and the shop owner is very kind and patient to explain to me what may had happen that caused the flat tire. Overall, very impressed with their service and highly recommended!! The shop is just right outside PCN so not hard to find.

Initially, owner appeared a little perplexed when I walked in with my custom-built bmx and queried if people still rode "this" type of bikes (yes bro! try one and I promise you won't go back). But overall, friendly, helpful and honest owner who helped me with my puncture in the most cost effective manner. A tour around the shop revealed prices are really fair and attractive. Great service and definitely a place I'd recommend! Two thumbs up👍👍 and wish you the best for your business.

Came here for bicycle brake replacement. Friendly owners and efficient work. Thanks! Addon: bike crashed and tire jammed. Came here and got it fixed quickly, no questions asked and it was just the brake tilted causing the jam, hence FOC. Also used the pump for free. Great customer service! Wow, delivery was very fast (international, 2nd working day in the morning delivered) Description also accurate. Described as a slightly used bike, turned out to be absolutely flawless and new. Was here to change out my two external tires and cable. Takes one or two minutes to warm up and thereafter, boss was helpful and explained what needs to be changed, what need not. Quality of work too. Can use CDC vouchers over here too. #supportlocal

This is my second time coming to this shop for bicycle repair🚲. My TRAK🚲 has been replaced with hydraulic brakes and simple repairs here before! Recently, because the transmission cable was broken, I thought I could just replace it at a bicycle repair shop near my home. (I live in Sengkang) I went to two 🚲 repair shops near my home. The first one (Sengkang) charged $20 for cable replacement. The boss said it was the market price, but I couldn't accept the replacement. After struggling for a long time, I couldn't solve it, so I went to the (Hougang) bicycle repair shop. The boss looked at it and said directly that they couldn't replace it either! The reason is unknown, but it should be possible to replace the transmission cable! Finally, I went to BuyCycle, and it cost $12 to switch lines. The young boss was very nice! Solve the problem in two seconds! Like👍🏻
