Perfect service. Quick, no nonsense, no upselling or surcharges. Very honest! I waited several months before posting to make sure the repairs were good. And they are! I would go out of my way to come here for repairs due to the reasonable prices, high quality, and speed. Plus there's really nice coffee nearby if you want to wait!

Eddie was to me, just a no nonsense, get-the -job-done-right kind of guy. Doesn’t try to upsell, doesn’t try to push unnecessary things/ services. Looked at my bike which had been sitting unused in the storeroom for at least 3-4 years, quoted his price for full servicing, told me how long he’ll need and off I went. Texted me a week later to tell me bike’s ready for pick up. Charged me what he quoted, took time to patiently show me how to work and fold the bike (I’d forgotten) and off I went again.

The shop guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought Shimano brakepads and he helped me fix with minimal service charge. Even cut away excess wire and install the safety tip, considerate initiative which I really appreciate. I'll definitely comeback here in future! Keep it up CC 👍

Eddie did an amazing job fixing my daughters’ bike which was in a terrible state as it had been sitting outside for more than 5 years. He was so knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to look after the bike. He was very reasonably priced and we were happy with the service. We will be back again. Thank you Eddie.

Eddie , the boss is such a GEM! He is friendly and one of the nicest soul who goes the extra mile to provide his customer the BEST service and advice you could ever expect! I went to him recently as my son has some issues with his bike and he is just learning cycling. . Eddie fixed new pedals and changed the seats..Got everything done very quickly ....he is competent, honest sincere, patient and willingly shared so much knowledge about bike and cycling, my boy was so inpired by him. Not expecting that, but he is also v good with children !! I learnt alot from him. Can see that he regards customer needs more than getting sales! Rare to find someone who provides such great service .. Such a blessing to have met Eddie ! If you have any issues with your bike and needed repair or getting a new bike.. you will not go wrong if you go to him! Highly recommended!! ;)

Had a silly problem with a seat that kept readjusting down. Thought a plastic support had given way. Stopped by Cycle Care ~ the nearest shop on route, hoping for a replacement part. The owner attended to my bike and fixed it in less than 5mins. Gruff but very professional . Thank you 🙏🏻
