Very friendly and professional staffs! My girl's bicycle was having a strange clicking sound and I had tried to find the source of the sound to no avail. Brought the bicycle to Eko Life at the recommendation of my friend and they live up to their 5 stars reputation! There was no hard selling, they saw me and my girl outside the shop and came out immediately and asked if they can help. Within minutes, they solved the clicking sound issue and most importantly, they helped to fix regardless of whether the bicycle was bought from them. Very professional and big thumbs up to them! Highly recommended!

Had a very wonderful experience with Lance this afternoon when my hubby and I went to look at the bikes. He was very patience and helpful and cheerfully unfolded the bikes for us to try. He was very knowledgeable about the bikes and helped us to pick the ones that are suitable for us. We were not hurried to make any decisions. We were very appreciative of his attentiveness that we purchased 2 bikes from him. Very friendly and helpful staff! They are very honest too, not out to hard sell anything to you. Although I didn't buy the ebike from them due to the fact if I had issues with the ebike, I would travel a very long distance to their warranty service only links to them. And it really saved me a lot of trouble. 5 Stars!
