L. T.Bot a bike from them many years ago.. and sent it in for servicing recently - till now they are still so passionate about the bike, and servicing my bike giving it the tuning and adjustment it needs beyond the price I paid for the service. Altho I wasn’t allowed to step into the shop but it’s perfectly fine. Thanks Paul and Cecilia!
P. M.Buy 3 Sixty from this shop, when reach home ,switcher wire cut out ,call uncle in shop at 8pm and send the picture. Uncle asked to bring back to fix it so next day i come back, fixing takes about 2 hours cos needs to dismantle to connect back the wire. No additional cost. Uncle very friendly and teach me again how to folding to avoid cut the wire again.
Very glad purchase from this shop then online which cant get same good service . Will recommended to others.
A. M.Second Dahon bike purchase for another kid growing big enough to go longer distance cycles. Looks like a family business. They have been around for a while. Friendly folk just trying to navigate this COVID climate with the expected restrictions. Have not tested the servicing as the first bike has never caused problems. As expected paid more then parallel importers but got the original parts as listed, so far the Dahon labelled dérailleurs doing well. Reassuring that am able to register my K-One on the USA Dahon website with serial number for international warranty. Hope never to need it.
