Lawrence delivered my Commenca Meta HT AM frame I ordered online promptly the next day. He readily shares pointers and tools for my first DIY bike build after more than 20 years. He is open for me to reach out if I encounter any issues. I haven't had a chance yet to visit his physical shop yet. Look forward to pop by during or after the build. ✌🏼

I'm having a sudden puncture in a nearby park and pushed my bike all the way here. It was quite late, and to my luck, this shop was still open according to the opening hours (some shops don't follow their state opening hours). The owner is very helpful and polite in explaining everything I need to know and giving tips. The price is similar as listed at the counter, and I'm fully satisfied with the service. Appreciate the help very much.

After recently moving to this part of town, my bike front wheel axle was suddenly dismantled while on the go. I selected this repair shop from the positive reviews online. My experience was beyond expectations. The attendant (name unknown) took care of me right away. Due to my not so common and rather old bike model, the repair seemed difficult, and he had to make do with the spare parts available on hand. Despite the time he spent completing the job and even fixing other little issues with the bike, he charged me a very reasonable amount for his job, for which I complemented him right away. I will certainly come back to QR Cycles in the future, in full trust.

Just bought a Commencal FCB bike from QR Cycles. I would like to say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Lawrence the owner, great advice and was even going the extra mile for me by helping to deliver the bike to get it wrap. What can I say except thank you Lawrence 🙏 20/5 Lawrence just call me after sending my bike for wrapping. He further informed me that there was some defects on the bike which he was happy to replace, no questions ask and to resend my bike to be wrap. Now, where can you find such a great owner who is willing to go beyond the extra miles, all I can say is Lawrence , you are Da Man 👍👍👍👍👍

I had an issue with my bike, and although the owner was busy, he was still willing to take a look at it. While servicing it , I found that he was very knowledgeable and passionate about bicycles, and as I was about to leave the shop, he found a few more issues that he helped me rectify. Highly recommended if you want a place to service and purchase your bikes.

Owner there is very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. Bought a bike from him and he helped to also tune up the bike and made sure it worked perfectly. Not only is the pre-sale service good, he was very prompt in answering queries post-sale too, highly recommended.
