Great service, Nice people I discover this store linked with Canyon who directed me to them for a warranty service. They did a fantastic service (fast and very good), for which they were very professional considering the very poor support from Canyon (I won’t bike anymore Canyon bikes). I highly recommend it.

Such a great thing to have this very modern and able bicycle shop in the vicinity! Certainly brings much needed life and activity to this old neighborhood. Very responsive. Called to check for the availability of the 90mm Redshift Shockstop Stem and got a response very quickly. Went down and have it fixed up on the same day. Most bike shops don't open on Sunday but this shop does, it is good for those who only have free time on weekend. After fixing, the boss, Chris, still follow up with messages to make sure everything is alright. Thank you so much!

was told that they have shifted from Jalan Batu to yiochukang road. Alaric was very helpful and friendly. A very humble bike store. You can fully trust them for the care of your bike. Alaric helped my kid fix his bicycle and it’s a wonderful service.

Was there this morning to look for bolt and nut for my saddle. Despite not having it, the shop owner didn't hesitate to share the possible place for me to get it. I can see the passion in him and he had shared alot of tips on bicycle and accessories. I must say and I not only gained knowledge on bike from him but also, what is a good customer service.

Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. With everything going on in phase 2 trying to get an appointment at any bike shop is hard enough let alone them actually having stock of what you need. They were the 4th shop I went to in 1 day, the first 2 had no appointments available, then I tried decathlon at the stadium who didn’t have the tires I needed, however the mechanic at decathlon recommended these guys. I walked the bike over and they saw me right away. Two new tubes and tires fitted while I waited, they even fixed my brakes for me. Good price for all of the above as well. Lovely guys in there and it seems to be a real hub of the community.

I went to the shop to get my bar tape changed and was so happy I didn't have to wait 3 days or make an appointment like I have to do with other bike shops. They attended to me right away even though it was obvious the staff were in the middle of a few jobs. I was attended to by Alex and a young man, both of whom were very friendly and forthcoming with biking advice. Alex even helped me adjust my seat when I mentioned in passing that I occasionally get a backache after long rides. They changed my bar tape and in 30 min, it was all done. (Disclaimer: it could have been a relatively quiet night for them, so it's better to call and ask how long a certain job would take.) YBC is definitely a go-to place if you want your bike serviced. The real bonus is warm service plus a few jokes thrown in. Prices are reasonable too.

Will give 10 stars if i could. The staffs were really nice and approachable and they really helped me settle my bike problems as well as recommended tyres and bar tape that suited what i wanted. Really great LBS and will recommend this shop to everyone!

I intended to change my bikes' bottom bracket. Due to current pandemic, instead of walking in to discuss the cost of parts and workmanship fee, I called in. Barely asked 5 questions and the shop retorted, "Woah bro, you have alot of questions, do you know how busy we are here". They may have great workmanship, but it seems that they have forgotten who their customers are. Their heads lifted too high and unwilling to answer simple questions that do not beg big cash. Continuation: I have reached out and connected with Chris. He is extremely sincere and genuine. He personally laid out different solutions, with each being affordable. Located in the heart of HDB flats, the shop takes care of the community which is always very heartening. I would definitely advice anyone to contact Chris straight. Overall, I am glad to have gone to Yap Bicycle Compania in the end.
