I was recommended by a friend who had his bike serviced with YM, so I sent two bikes for servicing recently. The service was great. Due to travel and work, I have to send the bikes at night and have to leave the bikes with him for couple more days. I would be going to him for my other bikes, highly recommended.

YM is super fast and honest. Was having some chain and gear change issues and he advised me on the potential risk of damages to other parts BUT recommended me to change the bike chain first (instead of changing everything which costs way more) , indeed, my bike works well now. No out-to-eat you advices, just simply trustworthy services rendered. Truly a gem in the biking world nowadays

A friendly and detailed person. I only brought my bicycle to change tube, but he took photos of what he had done about the job and shared with me other things he noted too. YM did a full servicing on my roadbike. He was very responsive over messages and kept me updated on the progress. Upon completion, he sent over thorough photos documenting each step of the servicing progress including the stripping, cleaning, regreasing, and reassembly. This level of service is better than all the larger LBS and gave me important insight in where my own regular maintenance was lacking. Highly recommend!

Had a customised personal lesson plan 3-hr coaching session with YM bike service yesterday. Brought my carbon road bicycle so that I learnt how to do proper bike cleaning and maintenance by myself. Asked him many questions and he answered all of them. He is a USA certified bicycle mechanic. He treated me like a close friend yet professional. Very patient and knowledgeable. For example, rolling resistance is lower with a slightly less inflated tires for tar road condition. Highly inflated tires are best for velodrome. Introduced me to all the necessary tools needed to do a good job. Highly recommended.
