Have always pass by this shop but finally we came in to try. Everything’s good. Pancakes are soft and fluffy. Kids loved it. Prices are reasonable too Tried their tamago sandwich. It’s surprisingly good!

Really truly slow service. If the pancakes take longer, they could have served the banana smoothie first? It took possibly >20-25 minutes before they came with the pancakes and smoothie, and sent it to the wrong table. I came here in high spirits but am disappointed in the service. Food still looks good as always but the service is still bad on my repeat visit after a year.

presentation of the coffee is nice and appealing typical of Japanese cafe. mocha coffee is rich and chocolaty. the coffee float is nice after mixing in the ice-cream. the coffee tastes like cold brew coffee without mixing in the ice-cream. the cushioned seats are comfy. we sat there and chit chat for hours. we have a good view of the mall by the window. the staff are patient and polite.

The staffs are very friendly, love their approach and they recommended the best “Sakura pancake“ with original Sakura petals from Japan. Loved it a lot and we enjoyed the atmosphere too. Fluffiest pancake ever 🫶🏻

Food is decent, milk used for whip cream is fresh. Ice cream portion too small though. Had the caramel pancake and it was nice. Will try the Choc Banana nxt time. Service is impeccable. We accidentally ordered 2 tall stacks and staff made effort to clarify our order before making the pancakes. Other places would have just made it and then force it upon customer and said , well, u ordered it. This kind of service is so difficult to find nowadays. 5 stars for the staff here, made the visit so comfortable.

Super fluffy and delicious pancake! 3 people shared this pancake set and the mango is super fresh 🥭! Pancake made from scratch and fresh cream complements the taste. Service was excellent and they offer complimentary cold water on request. Absolutely love how light the pancake tastes and you won’t feel sick from eating it. 10/10 will visit again!

I recently visited this cafe at Hillion Mall for a catch-up session with my friends, as this branch was specifically recommended by one of them, and I must say - it was indeed a justified recommendation! 👍 Across all other branches that i’ve visited in the past, this branch in particular (Hillion Mall) really surpassed my expectations! What stood out for me was the cozy ambience of the cafe, the quality and meticulous preparation of each food item served to us, as well as the readiness and friendliness of the staff. 💯👏 Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious fluffy pancakes or just a warm environment to chit-chat with family and friends! 🤩 At least I know I will be back to satisfy my pancake cravings! 😋🥞

Was craving for pancakes and this place was recommended by my friends. First time trying it and wow the flavours were tooooo good. Satisfied my sweet tooth with juicy mango pancakes. Delicious pancakes, all of them are yummie! Tried the banana chocolate, matcha red bean and Xmas edition tiramisu, would definitely be back for others. Service was ok, friendly staff but quite a wait for the food and tea.

Been here twice in a month. Fluffiest pancakes ever! The toppings for the mango pancakes were very generous 🤗 all taste great thus far. Will come back to try more.

Order the takeaway pancake, it taste like soufflé pancake but not the jiggly or puffy type. Overall I like it and the fresh cream also light and not that sweet, the adzuki paste also good.

Got the Pandora's box pancakes for takeaway. Pancake texture not bad and the ingredients used are good. Price, acceptable. Maybe, try dine in next time.

Will you be served flat Coke? We ordered Ginger Ale and it was flat. Turns out they opened the can, serve half the volume from the original can in a glass with ice and kept the can away. We were the unlucky customer that was served the remaining volume in the can. Thankfully, they are willing to replace the drink but they still kept the remaining volume in the can. Good luck to the next customer who drinks from the opened can. If you are here for a regular meal, go for the 4 pieces as the 2 pieces are not filling. Taste is normal. I might recommend to top up and add syrup.

Our third time here. Pancakes are fluffy and scrumptious. We have tried chocolate banana pancake, mango pancake, caramel apple pancake and millefeuille pancake. My favourite is caramel apple pancake. Waitresses here are always polite and nice. We highly recommend the fruit sandwiches (my favourite is strawberry sandwich but my kids love the banana sandwich) and mixed sandwich.

Not usually a dessert person but the pancakes here were delicious! We really liked their original pancakes, it was very fluffy and flavourful. Also recommend the BLT sandwich, ingredients used were really fresh. All the food came pretty quickly and service there was also very good!! Can get some instaworthy shots of the food too ✨👍

Waited quite awhile for our food. Ordered carmalized apple pancake. The apple did not taste like apple. The pancake was soft instead of fluffy. The table was too high for the chair. It was slightly pricey for the quality.

Still felt hungry after dinner and came here. 🌚 So glad I chanced upon this place! Had the Sakura pancakes and everything was so so good! The meringue pancakes were squishy, airy and melt in your mouth. 🥹 pink whipped cream tasted so pure and milky. At $16.90++ it was rly worth it! 🥰🥰 10/10 would recommend.

Belle Ville Pancake is always one that we like. However, Hillion’s staff(counter lady(Thai) ‘Kwang’) is really good. She went an extra mile with her nice tone and offered but then was asked of her. If I run a business, she would be an asset that I will like to have.

Having visited their Bugis outlet several times before, I’m glad they now have an outlet in the west too! Pancakes were good and staff were attentive. Good spot for a leisurely breakfast.
