I tried peppermint bubble tea but it was lacking in peppermint flavour. For $2.50 it’s alright. Ask for less sweet. Interesting old school atmosphere. Looks to be run by a family. Nice place to get some budget friendly bubble tea after eating duck next door.

I live nearby, but didn't know about this place until I saw the previous google review. The ham, egg, and cheese waffle is great -- generous fillings, and the egg is fried to perfection. Uncle also sells old-school bubble tea and affordable fruit juice. Business probably tough now that the JC is gone :(

Ordered my peppermint milk tea ($2) without sugar, but it was still realllyyyyy sweet! :( The bubble tea here definitely tastes old school though, perfect for those missing their childhood bubble tea before Koi/Gongcha took over the bbt scene here
