Reviews of Fullybooked
Very friendly & helpful crew, they even provide gloves for eating fried chicken wings.
Ordered the creamy egg toast turns out too creamy for my son’s liking, they even cook another egg & toast portion.
Really appreciate the kind gesture & service.
Air conditioned & cozy spacious place perfect for families even on weekends
Coffee & soft boiled eggs was great, so is the meesiam. Will definitely be back again
Whoa super solid curry chicken here. You can have it with bread, noodles, or rice!
The nasi lemak is also excellent. I could literally just eat rice with sambal. Their rice is soft and fluffy and super fragrant.
Kaya toast is decent, just a lot of butter so it really depends on your taste buds.
Coffee is not bad, quite strong and decent.
Love the interior for some reason and service is very good.
Their prices are reasonable for the food quality so I'd be happy to go back again
All the experience staff is not here, not sure is resigned or have another brunch, the order system hang, long wait and cashier need to do 2-3 jobs. Waited for a while. Had ordered Nasi lemak and mee rebus, the Nasi lemak chilli is like a 20 cents coin, too little. Asked for a bit more, was told need to charge reason is people waste it, even told them if no chilli how to finish the Nasi lemak. How can Nasi lemak without enough chillies. So end up the eggs and part of chicken wing did not finish.. wasted. Suppose to be a pleasant lunch but due to the inflexible and I thinking, how much do the chillie cost them. Should give when customer ask
New place for food in the sleepy not loud corner of Potong Pasir.
Coffee was 200% great. Flavourful and aromatic.
Chee Cheong Fun with chaipo was good. Not overly salty (which the chaipo is usually).
Nasi lemaks are nice but sorry guys, they weren’t the absolute stars of the meal.
Overall, the crew was really nice. Helpful. Courteous and attentive.
Awesome to have another choice of local delights in a few industrial upmarket setting.
Kudos.
Only 2 types of soup available. Tried both, the herbal soup portion was bigger compared to the lotus soup. Taste wise was on point, not too salty. Generous portion of their drinks, not too sweet, flavour just nice. Their toast was quite similar to yakun’s style.
Cute concept - local favourites but in a modern setting and with some innovations(?).
I really enjoyed the Curry Lava Toast’s flavour - there was definitely lemongrass and it was so fragrant. The downside was the curry wasn’t hot and with the strong AC in the place, it became cold quite quickly… The Chai Poh CCF was pretty nice - my mom and grandma both really enjoyed it.
The Nasi Lemak while not cheap had a fried egg, luncheon meat and the meat of choice (chicken or fish fillet).
Drinks were good - coffee and tea were both tasty and tea was not oversteeped.
Didn’t enjoy how cramped the interior was though - you have to wait around for a seat and there’s no assignment of seats. The tables are big, which is great but leaves little corridor space so getting out of the place was a problem with people queueing to order their food.
Overall still a nice place to try. Would want to go back to try their Curry CCF.
We sampled several dishes at the cafe: mee siam, curry chee cheong fun, nasi lemak, and kaya toast. The kaya toast was satisfactory, featuring a thick slab of butter. The sambal was impressive—sweet and savory with a hint of spiciness. However, the curry tasted like it was made from an instant mix, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the char siew was good. Overall, the experience seemed to be more about the hype than the quality of the food.
We went on a Sunday around 1:30 PM, and there were only a few tables available. The service staff were polite, but the table wasn’t wiped clean even though it had been vacant.
The concept feels like homely Singaporean dishes presented in an elevated, modern setting.
The Curry Chee Cheong Fun was unique, and they were generous with the roasted pork and char siew, but the taste was just alright. I still prefer chee cheong fun with sweet sauce. The Kaya Toast w/ Butter and Soft-Boiled Eggs were as expected. The Pink Lemondade was refreshing. All the dishes arrived within 10 minutes.
Local food upscaled! Your everyday meal of nasi remake, mee rebus, dry mee siam, chee cheong fun get a makeover in an industrial setting that's tastefully furnished. Prices are still reasonable and they put a delicious spin on their interpretation of these local delicacies. Not for those looking for cheap food as you'll inevitably make the comparison and yes, gripe.
Kaya toast - Really appreciate the butter compared to what other franchise shops are offering. Toast was crispy. Soft boiled eggs were perfect. Prices are really affordable compared to other franchised coffee places.
Nasi Lemak - Rice could be more fagrant but no complaints. Egg was well done. Star of the dish is the sambal and chiclen wing. The sambal was actually spicy unlike other nasi lemak. The fried chicken is well marinated and you could see the lemongrass marination when you dig into the chicken.
Place is air conditioned and had an old school vibe to it. Would definitely be back for more.
Decided to visit this place after we saw social media.
Kopi O kosong is best way to taste if their coffee brewing skills is good or not. Coffee is over extracted, so yea, it’s a little bitter. Room for improvement.
Kaya toast - Kaya is way too sweet. The amount of butter on the toast is quite pathetic. I don’t quite enjoy this.
The chee cheong fun texture is normal. The one we ordered is with chye poh (pickled radish) topping. This is the exact topping for the usual Chee Kueh 水粿 we eat. Interesting tho.
Price was reasonable. No GST or service charge. The vibes is great. Will return to try other food if I have a chance.
Parking at roadside is very limited.
Awesome place
I crave your food so badly!
Beef rendang is heavenly
Curry is lovely
Kaya toast is yummy!
Pl open an outlet at punggol and seng kang.....
Came on a late morning one of the weekends and the queue was pretty straightforward. You enter when someone has exited and order after having a seat. No seat, no order.
But at 1130am, Nasi Lemak was done for the day. I stayed on and observed many of the main dishes being sold out by 1215pm or so? That's quite disappointing since it was lunch.
Toasts were good. They were spread full and I love it, but may get too cloying for some. The bread was evenly charred too.
The collection system could have been way improved with a buzzer/queue reader, instead of shouting out the numbers. I thought that was a bit of an oddity, but if they are going with the concept of a kopitiam, I guess it fits the bill.
Service was good! The guy mending the cashier, which I deem as the boss, was prompt and apologetic for any sold out menu items.
Different take on local breakfast. Price is a bit pricey but the atmosphere and vibe is great! Food is delicious too and would recommend you to hang out with friends here.
FullyBooked is a new charming cafe, that is more like a modern coffeeshop. Toast with kaya n thick butter + French toast were yums. Sadly the Teh C wasn’t as gd as the Kopi C. Nasi lemak was not bad but the curry mee was too thick n rich, for our liking.
Toast sets are definitely cheaper than the popular brands that are everywhere. Let’s see if this standard continues (lowered pricing + thick butter). Will return…for the kaya toast
I love the teh C…. I think they use good quality evaporated milk and brew their own tea leaves. Kaya butter toast was yummy too. Chye Poh CCF ok only.
Ordered nasi lemak with lemongrass chicken, the signature kaya toast with butter and yuan yang. Taste wise so so, nothing to shout about. Friendly service in a industrial like setting. Good effort by the local youngsters, but still have lots of room for improvement especially on the food in order to stand out from the rest of the well established cafes out there.
Very popular spot with hard time finding seat. If you like yakun and toast box you definitely will like the food. The thick butter on the toast is good. Downside is I don’t like full metal utensils (plate, bowl, fork, spoon).
did not expect to find traditional food in an aesthetic industrial place. love the thick butter kaya toast!!!!!! (please keep it that way). meesiam was very thick and flavourful!
one thing that could improve on is the service! We did not know what to do when wefirst stepped in, no acknowledgement from the staff as to how the ordering and table system works.
(p/s: take note that you have to collect the kaya toast at the counter next to the coffee making area! only the hot foods would be served by a staff calling out the order number!)
overall a great experience 😊
Kaya toast just right. Thin, crusty, crispy and much better than TB and YK toast.
Onsen eggs are runny and shiok.
They offer other mains like nasi lemak, chee cheong fun, mee rebus, etc.
Sharing this breakfast cum all day food tucked in nearby potong pasir! Short and sharp... Parkings are limited as only parallel parkings unless to park in the mall just opp. Food and services are good but queuing and finding a table is a war. Please note that queuing does not 'include' table as one has to find own table and queue to order separately. This is unlike most places like Lolas that you queue for table then order which I think they should also do that to avoid chaos inside. One more to add is tables are not cleared and the next diner will have to clear them if the staff are busy. I would have given 4 stars if not for the parkings, queuing and table 'choping'. Other than that, I'll just let the photos do the talking! 🤩👍
New place serving asian food like nasi lemak and herbal soup. Took a screenshot of the menu for anyone who wants to try. Took my girl here and she loves the food. The nasi lemak rice has flavour and the chicken soup I think is a must try. Not on the cheap side but it is value for money. I big place with spacious seating.
Excited to come try this in my work area. DId not disappoint - the chicken was really good and so was the beehoon. Kopi on point. Can't wait to return to try more dishes.
Came here for breakfast on a public holiday. Luckily we were early as this place is really popular.
Their breakfast toast sets were awesome! Kopi was rich and fragrant. We tried their butter, peanut butter and kaya butter toasts. Their egg toast with ham has a generous serving of silky scrambled eggs. Yummy!
Industrial and minimalist looking cafe! Menu is mainly local food like Nasi lemak, mee rebus and toast. Had the Nasi lemak $8.6 which was pretty good, complete with $1 top up of hot drink for lunch. The mee siam gravy was rich and thick with prawns. Order at the counter but the food will be served to table. Given the size of cafe, it was difficult for servers to locate our orders. Overall, food was good, just note that it can get noisy during peak hours.
My go to cafe near my place!! My favourites are their nasi lemak, kaya toast, curry chicken and teh 💕 Highly recommend to my neighbours and friends in Singapore 😛
Same standard as JB cafe, do not need to travel JB. Reasonable price.
First visit and immediately impressed by their lemongrass dry mee siam with spam. They do an excellent job kopi Peng as well. Enjoy!
Came on weekday lunch time, it’s not overly crowded. Food was quite decent and place has industrial feel. Tad cold cos of the metal cutlery and serving plates. Might feel cosier overall with some wood elements at counter or tables.
The food and drinks were yummy. The herbal soup had actual herbs inside and the chicken was super huge which I didn’t expected!
Fragrance Coconut rice and spicy sambal make a good nasi lemak.
Came here twice. Love the food here! Curry chicken and toast is a must order. Generous slab of butter. The kaya can be more but still better toast than many places.
Food is good but counter staff taking orders is way too slow and make too many mistakes, leading to very long wait times. It’s gotten to the point where I first take a peek to see if it’s the bosses themselves taking orders before deciding whether to eat. Drinks are hit or miss because again counter staff gets your orders wrong half the time
Food was awesome. Had their curry chicken with rice. Portion was huge compared to other places. Pricing wise was cheap for a cafe concept. Toast was awesome. 'Better than ya kun and even toast box'. FOod was delivered swiftly and piping hot. Had kopi O kosong and it was very fragrant. Definitely will be back again. Awesome place to chill!
The kaya butter toast is so much better than Ah Kun. Service here is also fantastic. Keep it up guys!
Just stopped by for a coffee but the other food looked tempting. I'd like to come back and try it.
Curry chicken and fried chicken was really good. I love the lemongrass taste. Nasi lemak was delicious too. At night it's romantic cos they dim lights, can come for casual dates <3
very very affordable yet delicious food!! please continue keeping it affordable and come up with more savoury hot food like the ladyfinger and brinjal(wished it was more savoury and spicy instead of sweet spicy!!)
Decent local fare in a well ventilated and comfortable dining experience
Remarkable service. We spilt the coffee accidentally and they voluntarily offered to exchange a new cup for us despite no fault of theirs.
Came here with my colleagues. Delicious and affordable, most likely will be our new go-to spot for lunch in future 👍👍
Amazing kaya toast and eggs 😍 I even prefer this to yakun, because the kaya is less sweet than yakun and you feel pandan flavour more. price quality 🔥
the food is nice. I like the soup. But the Aircon is really cold
Curry ccf
Toast
Chilli
Homely and local food!
The "traditional coffee shop" that has become popular recently,
Must order the kaya butter toast and half-boiled egg!
Low-sugar coffee and tea with evaporated milk~
The new cafe in MacPherson area.
Love the kaya butter toast, better than Ah Kun!!!
Kaya Toast is good♡♡
Missiam is perfect for a spicy hangover.
Had kopi and mee rebus. Shiok.
