Ordered one Cafe Latte and One Mocha Latte, the drinks prepared and left it at the counter, without any calling and also no indication of which is Mocha. Service staff attitude need to be improved.

Staff were friendly although missed a few items in my order and hence wasn’t able to use voucher. Otherwise food quality and speed is all good! Nonetheless was able to claim our free Madeleines thank you!

Always love their teas and coffees here. Tried the yuzu mint this time round, it's refreshing and not too sweet. Nice to drink especially on a hot day or after a oily lunch. Place is clean too and friendly staff, plenty of seats here.

During my recent visit to Paris Baguette, I encountered several issues that greatly impacted my overall experience. Firstly, while perusing the pastry selection, I was disheartened to notice some flies buzzing within the enclosed shelf, which immediately raised concerns about the hygiene standards in the establishment. Due to this unsettling discovery, I opted to limit my order to a cake and some coffee. However, a minor mistake in my order led me to request a change from an iced caramel latte to a hot caramel latte merely less than a minute after placing it. Unfortunately, the male service staff was unaccommodating, stating that while the adjustment could be made, they were unwilling to refund the minimal $0.50 price difference. Given the situation, I have no choice but just proceeded with the alteration. These occurrences significantly impacted my visit there, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and disheartened. The presence of flies near the food items raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, and the inflexibility in accommodating a small order change did not reflect a customer-centric approach. As a patron seeking a pleasant experience, I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a more satisfactory visit in the future.

It was Sunday and after doing our grocery shopping at the supermarkets, we came by here for tea time. As it was after lunch, the cafe was not that crowded and we could find a table instantly. It has been quite a while since we last visited the cafe and this cafe is just opened quite recently. The cafe is bright, spacious and nicely layout, only issue is that the tables are quite small and quite squeezy if more than 2 persons are sitting and so we had to combine 2 tables together. There is a wide variety of bread and pastries that are nicely displayed. We got ourselves a latte, yuzhu tea drink and yoghurt strawberry tarts. Wow, the tarts are super nice and delicious, thick and rich in flavour. The drinks are nice too. Despite of the higher price as compared to it's competitors, the consistent quality of food is maintained! As for the service, the staff at the counter are ok except that they need to put on smiles on their faces. The one who attended to us was like expressionless and a robot, probably he was having a bad day. However, there was another middle-age lady staff (not in the usual uniform) who walked around to facilitate seat arrangement and clearing of used tables, she was very friendly, polite and efficient. She even greeted us when we walked in and thanked us as we left. Overall we enjoyed our simple finger food here!

Crowded on a weekend afternoon. Unfortunately, it's beginning to lose its previous "café charm" as more tables get hogged by people with laptops in what seem like business meetings. Worse, they occupy the bigger tables while only 1 person orders a drink. Edit : Much improved with lesser table hoggers. In any case, will always return for their mocha latte.👌😋

The avocado inside the croissant was sour ! I thought was the tomato taste affected but when I taste the tomato alone it was non sour at all so I google the reason for sour avocado it said : If it has a sour taste or smell, it may have bacterial spoilage and should be discarded. So …………. .

The croissant sandwiches here are lovely. I love the flakiness of their croissants. The cafe has a really pleasant ambience as well. They have menu options suitable for any meal of the day - breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea break, dinner and dessert. They sell savoury foods, breads, cakes, coffees...

Nice place for lunch. We ordered ceasar chicken baguette 😝. The baguette is not bad, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The fillings are also tasty but are we expected to eat the baguette with our hands🤔. I requested for knife and fork to cut the baguette into bite sizes but no luck. The front service staff said they ran out of real knife and fork. They offered me plastic knives and forks😅😂😅😂. Plastic knives and forks to cut up the baguette 😅😂😅😂😅😂. I can’t stop laughing. End up having to use my hands to hold up the baguette. I dislike eating in this manner but no choice, the baguette sandwich has already been made. So, I picked up the remaining ‘dirty’ knife in the tray and clean it up with a wet wipe. Will I patronise this cafe again? Probably yes but will have to bring my own knife and fork. Anyway, if you are the management reading this, please improve your front line service.

The food is decent, as is the atmosphere. But the service- as the other reviews have stated- leaves much to be desired. I asked for the soup set and was greeted with "No. No more." Other snippets from our exchange: "Water. This? Is it this? Normal one you take there. Go take yourself." "Ice? No have. Ice? How much you want?" All said dismissively. Poor at communication, curt and borderline rude. They also dropped soiled napkins on the floor while clearing and neglected to clear it. Do train your staff better or make better hiring decisions, because your current roster is losing you business.

All is good except the round tables i was sitting.. it was not maintained. Scratched and looks dirty.. actually i know it was not dirty but badly scratched because of the base of cups but i believe the company can do better to maintain the tables.

I like to come here and order their coffee, but today i came at 9am sharp and the staff still cleaning the spoon on the floor (probably they dropped them) and i asked the person if they opened they said they open at 9 bt i look at my clock its alrd 9. then one of the guy said they are not ready yet so they only open at 9.30…. If thats the case Pls revise the opening time on google bcs it is very misleading. Thanks
