Reviews of PG 416 Coffee House
There are a few food restaurants to check out with nice food. Today I got this at the other end of this block. Good fast service.
The fish ball noodles stall has been in operation for at least 40 years. The portion is more than usual for the price of $2.50. The laksa is equally good and worth trying.
Used to be one if the best eat- and-run place in the Pandan-Teban area for families during the Covid-19 days.
Update September 2023: The Chinese Zi-char stall is gone since February 2023.
In its place is a Western Food stall.
The fishball noodles stall is a must-try. The economy rice stall is a safe bet.
But it is the Chinese soup and BBQ meat stall run by a hardworking couple that you shouldn't miss - my favorite. Where else can you get two plates of bbq meat chicken rice and a Chinese watercress soup for $10.30?
This is a typical Singaporean neighbourhood coffee shop. The Fishball Noodles stall has been here for 3 generations, authentic local flavour. Zi Char and Indian Rojak are quite nice too.
But the Economical Rice/Bee Hoon stall call Mong Teng Fong is totally hopeless. Poor variety, food is oily, lousy taste and most important of all, service is bad. So what if it's cheap?
Honestly, they would've gotten 5 stars if not for the lousy Economical Rice/Bee Hoon stall.
$2.50 fishball noodles.. nice and cheap
The fish ball noodle is decent - 7/10. You can still get chicken rice for $2 at this kopitiam. Cleanliness 7/10. Service 7/10.
Man. I grew up eating here. Pandan Gardens Fishball Noodles, they've been there since the 1980s, since this estate is up.
Noodles may not be impressive, but the mixture of belacan and fishballs is just so shiok. Laksa (mornings only till it runs out)... I'm dreaming of it the next time I come back from the USA...
Small coffee shop. Fish ball noodles os popular here. The chicken rice with boiled soup is good value
Small coffee house with not many choices. There are about 7 stalls in the coffee house. Normally all are open except the "zhe char", from morning to afternoon. At night, only the "zhe char" and drinks stalls are open.
Small coffee shop nice location for a short drops by trip.
Go there for $1.50 egg prata and $2.50 fish ball noodles. Not too bad.
Serve cheap & good food..service excellent from fish ball stall..
Go for a bowl of hearty fishball noodles at PGFN at only $3
Simple coffeshop, indian, mixed dishes, fishball noodles, chicken rice and zhi char
Good selection of food in a smallish coffee shop.
Good location for thirsty break after reserver around 5.0km jog...
No Muslim food available sorry
A bit crowded as it was the only eatery open this morning, a holiday.
Coffee sucks, should really try their own coffee.
