I recently dined at a restaurant where I had the most delicious fries and plant-based burgers. The fries were crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned, and fluffy on the inside—just how I like them. The plant-based burger was juicy, flavorful, and packed with fresh toppings. It was clear they put thought into making it both satisfying and hearty. Our waiter, Joe, was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations, enhancing our brunch experience. Overall, a fantastic meal with great service. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

We had quite an appetising meal in the restaurant. The food is mostly above average to excellence. I would like to compliment 1 of the server, Eric. He was our waiter and his friendliness and helpfulness has made our meal enjoyable. His food recommendation suited our palette and the wine paired well with our meal. All in all, we had a pleasant and enjoyable evening dinning at your restaurant.

Good and prompt service. Food taste is good. I ordered the turkey cranberry. The turkey meat was juicy and soft. Taste is good. Like the food as the food they serve is not the usual cafe food. They do put in effort to make it differently.

We always come back here for their truffle fries and double chocolate blackout cake. It’s just so good!! Service here was exceptional as well. Ordered pasta to share and they separated it into two bowls for us without us even requesting it. Would definitely come back to this branch from today onwards!

came here a few times, Eric is great but others are not. service is slow and didn't always feel welcomed. I swing by to get a quick drink with my husband before dinner. After I ordered 2 alcoholic drinks, they don't serve water until asked.

Went to this cafe last Sunday for coffee and dessert. We were served by Glaiza, she is very nice and cheerful. Cappuccino - 4 Stars Sticky Date Pudding - 5 Stars Price is on the high side

PS steak sandwich ($32) and sticky date pudding ($15). Steak was very tender, and the fries came with some lemongrass mayo sauce which tasted amazing! Previously tried the chocolate blackout cake which was delightfully decadent and it was our first time trying the sticky date pudding. It was not bad considering how i’m not the biggest fan of dates. Quite pricey but worth it for special occasions. Service was great too!

Nice setting for a group of friends. The servings were big and we took awhile to finish our food. Ingredients were fresh, tasty and my thai coconut chicken salad was huge, fragrant and delicious. Beware if you aren’t too fond of beansprouts, this salad contained a tonne of them. Truffle fries were so good! We bordered on ordering another one but it was too sinful :D My friends’ orders of (prawn?) pasta in tomato based sauce was yums so was the order of a steak sandwich. We were too full to order any dessert in the end. Please make a booking if you’re coming in a group, especially for the weekend. Saw a snaking queue right after we arrived.

Attentive and fast service despite not having that many staff on duty. They are also really kind to offer iced water without us asking at all too. Kudos 👌🏻 Especially enjoyed the Parmesan truffle fries and Affogato. Will be back again for sure!

- Mocha 5/5 (Will have it again and again!) - Truffle fries 2/5 (Meh, had better, can't smell or taste the truffles) - Barramundi risotto (1/5) Don't bother. Rice was like porridge. Can't taste the lemon grass, I'd rather have Nasi Lemak from a hawker centre. Not value for money. Love the service from every staff and ambience was great! Yay! We ordered the truffle fries and sticky toffee pudding, and it was the best two things we've ever eaten! The toffee pudding was surprisingly not too sweet. It was perfectly balanced, soft and served warm with cold vanilla bean ice cream. The truffle fries was also adequately perfumed with truffle oil with a generous amount of grated cheese on top. This fed 2 people and we left really satisfied. Also, thank you to our lovely server, Aishah! She made us feel so welcome. Great customer service indeed.

Expensive! But with kind & helpful service and tasty dishes, so I’d like to be one of their regular customers. —————- The 3rd visit,too crowded despite short of waiters&waitress. Though they serve us friendly,it’s so hard to catch the staff. Kind of stressful. Not recommendable to visit on weekends or public holidays. In the 1st visit,I was lucky not so crowded,enjoying cake time,but from the 2nd visit,the worse and 3rd time the further worse... It’ll be the last time to visit this cafe except if I have time on weekdays.

Luckily no queue for no reservation (for a thurs night) but was offered the seats near the entrance (outside the restaurant) Ordered the famous truffle fries, spicy king prawn aglio olio and both are great in taste! Services are superb! A pity was not offered the seats inside where it is more instragrammable. Will drop by again if have craving for the food mentioned, or try other brunch and also their desserts.

Eric was outstanding in attending to us, he even took note of small details as how the kids’ behaving, ordering drinks and asking for non-chill beverage for the kid, and even hosting us till the end with a smile on his face. Eric was at his 100% at all the time when he was serving us.

a great place for both sweet and savoury lovers! we had the nicoise salad and the banoffee pie. they gave a generous portion of the nicoise salad, which had a strong mustard flavour and had an incredible amount of toppings. the banoffee pie had a buttery crust and an amazing banana, coffee and chocolate flavour that did not overpower one another. the staff were very nice and friendly as well. we will definitely be back for more!

Service staff were really friendly and attentive!! However, food was average. Tried their portobello burger and truffle fries... had expectations as I heard many good reviews on ps truffle fries... Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Could hardly taste any truffle oil. Portobello burger was mehh, had many better ones. According to my Friend ( whom was having lunch with me), the ps cafe @ Dempsey serves really good truffle fries. Will head down soonnn to their branch at Dempsey to try! Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint.

Good dishes: laksa pesto, dates pudding. The shrimp pasta is normal, while the shoestring fries are not in regular cut and not shoestring cut. A bit expensive but a good dessert and dinner place

Feel like the standard has dropped in terms of food. Ordered a fish and chips, club sandwich, chicken in a basket, carbonara. While the club sandwich and carbonara were good, the fried foods were disappointing. the chips that came with the food tasted like they had been refried and heated many times, and most of the chips were chips bits, not proper fries. even my kids gave up eating those bits despite fries being their fav foods. Not worth the price tag.

Not the first time raving about PS Cafe and it's again the Paragon branch which impresses me the most. Food is outstanding, needless to day! Lean manpower, surge in diners, managing the expectations of both diners and customers who were waiting in the Q. These are just few things I have observed but I believe behind these, there are tonnes of other preparations required to welcome diners like me. Yet, time and time again their service standard impresses me. My all time favorite Jess has consistently been outstanding in her service rendered. More than just been attentive to our needs, she proactively serves her diners with a smile. I'm thankful we have service staff like her here in Singapore for others to emulate.

Thumbs up for the cooks. Fresh ingredients used which makes a great dish. Ordered a beer made by Aussies (lite and not bitter: 5/5⭐️ but not recommended for those who prefers strong taste of the brew) , seafood platter as starter ( well fried with its golden colour and not burned:5/5 ⭐️, most of all the freshness of the ingredient used) , mushroom soup ( just nice :4/5 ⭐️, and main dish half lobster with linguine pasta (just another pasta 3/5 ⭐️). Lychee soda drink, it want very sweet and would say well mixed: 4/5⭐️ Seatings: Have to make reservation ahead otherwise waiting time will be very long during holiday seasons. Waited 1 hour plus a a table. Honestly , was able to see many empty tables but was said reservation made by other customers. It’s just my one cent thought, utilise any empty tables for walk in customers especially those just wanting a short break with small bites and a drink. Inform this customer the duration he or she able to dine in before the reserved group comes in. ( before seating them , inform that will remind them again 15 to 20 minutes before time. Of course got to have a couple tables standby just in case reservation comes early) . This may seem a win win for any new customer and existing customer. It still goes back to the flexibility and accommodating manager to arrange this. 3/5 ⭐️ **** Oh yes, noticed that joined tables, levelling of the two tables weren’t considered at all. Staffs: Eye contact during conversation will be utmost importance in F&B line. All staffs were excellent but when there’s one who doesn’t do it , that will be a lost for PS cafe . 3/5 ⭐️ Serving of the meal was excellently done. Change of utensils and plate for sharing purposes between starter and main dish. 👍🏻👍🏻. 5/5 ⭐️ Environment : The cafe appears cosy but would look classy if the glass surfaces were cleaned from staines and the old glass mirror at the bar counter ( behind the bottles of liquor) doesn’t have any patches or it was purposely made that way. The plants were a bit dry with almost no dust on its leaves . Green.!!!!! Overall appears clean and well maintained. 4/5⭐️ Overall rating 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 👍🏻👍🏻 to the bartender and 👍🏻👍🏻chefs or cooks. Will definitely patronise PS cafe again.

The coffee here is delicious and the waiter's attitude is great and very welcoming. If you are tired from shopping during the break, I think this is a great place to sit and rest. There are also magazines inside for you to read and relax.
