Less crowded, quiet and cool atmosphere than the other coffee shops in the shopping mall across the road. A lady named Peta here was very kind too.

Mr. Vee was extremely professional attitude, I’m very impressed with. I believe this positive impression will stay with me forever. They have some pastries and salad, the main starbucks drinks are available but definitely not all is there. Place is super clean and it’s definitely a good place to relax. Will be back here for more!

Had a great experience for breakfast. This is a Starbucks coffee house inside holiday inn but what stands it apart is exceptional customer service. Our server, pita was very nice, so helpful and kind. Our child kept creating all sorts of nusiance and mess yet she was calm and helped us in every way possible. Also the place is very quiet, so if you work from home this can be a great place. Kudos for exceptional service.

Totally mesmerize with the attending staff Ms Shamila. She has the most unique personality . Ms Shamila also recommended us delicious food that Soul Brew carries. Would definitely recommend my friends to visit Soul Brew at Holiday Inn Little India.

Soul Brew also carry products from StarBucks so dun be surprised if Americano taste familiar. Service was ok but could be better if they were more than 1 staff managing. When I was the at 2 different times in the same day, only 1 staff was serving and the place was crowded. We waited for quite a while for our orders to be delivered. Food is not bad and some of the items I believed are prepared by Blue Jasmine on the 5th floor. The place is small and crowded at times with people waiting for their rooms since it is near the check-in counter for Holiday Inn Little India.

I only had the coffee. Wished they had options other than Starbucks, but nevertheless, service by Peta was great, atmosphere was very conducive for an afternoon work session on my laptop. Would go back again :)

The staff were extremely polite and helpful to source food from the multi cuisine restaurant on the top floor. The place itself is extremely noisy and not very conducive for work in the day time because it’s right beside the checkin counter.

Shamila was an incredible host with such a pleasant disposition. She has a very friendly demeanour and it makes her customers feel comfortable and welcomed. She makes the effort to connect with her customers through conversation and she is very attentive to their needs (I am currently in crutches and she makes me feel comfortable) Excellent service from the heart!

Found this little oasis and was blown away by Shamika’s friendliness and amazing customer service. The way we interacted was like we have been friends for a long time despite the fact that it’s my first time meeting her. The best part about this place is the comfortable seating. So rare to find at a cafe ... It's in the hotel lobby, though, so it can get noisy and there's constant foot traffic to the subway exit. The Pad Thai was ok. The chicken was a bit overcooked and it lacked some Thai flavor but would eat again. Generous portion. You should know that the coffee is Starbucks. The staff was very attentive. I wouldn't come here out of my way for food but definitely for the lounging option later in the evening.

It is my first time here and the place was very cosy. The location is very conveniently located in the lobby. A great place for work/study, as there are ample sockets available around the seated area. P’Ta has been very helpful and accommodating, very attentive to our needs and kindly refilled our hot drinks. Overall a really nice and pleasant experience over here. Thank you for the hospitality.

Attended the Appreciation Dinner Event last evening. As we got out of the car park lift at the lobby, we were warmly welcome by Shamila. She approached us with a bright smile and asked what she could help us with. After knowing that we were heading to Blue Jasmine Restaurant, she guided us to the other lift lobby to get to our event venue. We could feel her enthusiasm in introducing the services the hotel and she provides. She also made suggestions on how we could utilise the other hotel amenities during our future visits. I am sure she will be an asset to any organisation she works for. We would also like to thank Pooja for invitating us to the Appreciation Dinner whereby we also met Hajar. Both ladies had been extremely helpful with our hotel reservations and they are always efficient in replying our emails/messages. Pooja even assisted us with our last minutes booking after office hours. The cuisines served were delicious and we especially like the Red Ruby. Thank you for the wonderful evening.
