Exists as a 'detached' structure almost separate from United Square, it could easily be dismissed by passersby but in fact very accommodating with thoughtfully designed seating for customer groups of 1 to many, indoor or outdoor, chatting with family or solitary reading, all well catered.

Staff was very kind and welcoming, was my first time at a Starbucks and the employee jenna had given me a few of her recommendations and the popular choices.It showed her knowledge of coffee and her social skills that made me feel confident in my order. My friendly neighbourhood Starbucks! With great servers and baristas roasting my morning cup of coffee. Wide selection of pastries and food too. There is a reserve counter too for the specialty range. Lots of ample seating space and free wifi to work on your laptop if needed. Looks clean and safe too! Outdoor seating available too but a bit noisy due to the busy Thomson road junction.

I accidentally left my wallet at this Starbucks yesterday morning. The staff was incredibly kind and kept it securely for me. When I realized it was missing this morning and rushed back, they had it safe and sound. Thank you for your excellent service and honesty!

Starbucks reserve, first time in one. Enjoyed the interaction and information given by the baristas. You can choose between espresso, siphon, chemex, French press and pour overs. Beans may change seasonally and it provides customers something different to try once in a while.

I got an Chocolate Chip Frappuchino here. I recommend this Starbucks Reserve as it is super cosy but a little hard to find seats if you are staying there for a long time(e.g doing homework, project etc.). Hope my review helps you. :)

Only 2 staff, 1 taking the orders and the other Janelle making all the drinks for about 20 mins before the other staff returned. The queue was so long but these 2 staff were just cool as cucumbers and friendly despite the pressure they were under to get all the orders out. Janelle was fantastic. She moved so fast to make everyone's drinks and still personable as she called out our names.

One of the few remaining SB Reserves in Singapore as of Oct 22. Fond memories of this outlet, the coffee on the Reserve menu is always good, difficult to find seats during peak hours so best to come off peak hours!

Beautiful place. But the (reserve) coffee was disappointing. I chose a great bean to be prepared in a syphon, and the barista grinds it for espresso. Distracted? Didn't know? The result was sharp and bitter. Pity.

I really satisfied with the service in this Starbucks because when I went visited this branch, there was so crowded and no seat for me and my friends to study. Fortunately, the employee helped us to find a seat by asked other people to move and use one table so we can use another table. The employee also friendly. Another unexpected thing is when one of the employee with red t-shirt checked every detail of that place if there's a dust or not, even he checked in every product. It means he really take care of the environment in this place. The internet also good and so far I'm not found any problem with the internet.

Very good place to do your midnight work if you want to be an emo kid. Jokes aside, it is a very nice place to9 do your work since there is ample space and the coffee is good as usual. I personally like to do my work here though it can get noisy occasionally

Most consistent and best tasting Starbucks coffee and this outlet also has a special Starbucks Reserved section with special edition coffees sourced all over the world. But alas this Starbucks is always pack with students and there's never any seats for regular patrons which is a shame because it's very nicely decorated.

this is the first Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar in Singapore and it doesn't disappoint in terms of ambiance (worth the renovation period wait I suppose). the décor within the glass house is well executed, lending a peaceful yet sophisticated vibe. the staff are friendly and one of the baristas - Nicole - gave my younger colleagues a great introduction to third wave coffee and the different methods of brewing. they had a great time and so did I. only thing I wish for is more seats as students tend to flock here.

It’s a Starbucks signature outlet . Wanted something intense and asked the serving staff for recommendations but Felt the team could be better versed in their products . Eg: asked questions on whether person like coffee sweet or Low sugar options . Ordered the nitro cold brew and hazelnut Bianco latte .

Coffee served today was Kenyan. The barista paid careful attention to making the brew. The earthy aroma was prominent but the herb profile came only when the drink started to cool to lukewarm. Overall, a good effort by Starbucks to improve their branding.

According to the start bucks standard. But the queue was very long, like there weren't enough employees. Waiting in many, many queues. Add 10 points from the queue sheet that I posted, then come and do it. I'm confused, why don't you just take the queue and do it? Or is it the style of this place?

Reserve store in Singapore. It's much better than Japan in that it's not too crowded and it's easy to get a seat. The price of a two-star coffee in Japan is about 500 yen for a siphon, which is very cheap and very good. However, all of the beans they carry seem to be roasted at a roastery in Tokyo, so if you go there expecting to find beans that aren't available in Japan, you'll be disappointed. Also, compared to Japan, the skill of the coffee brewing partners is not as good, so you may not have high expectations for the quality of the siphon.
