I visited on Friday for afternoon coffee, probably lack of staff or new staff. You got to clear table to have seat. Service is average. We ordered coffee latte and cappuccino and regular cup got more milk foam than coffee, have to ask for assistance which staff provided. Secondly their terms are single/double and regular/large. If they follow just one term it's easy and straightforward. Thirdly, they sell beautiful ceramic cups but serve you in plastic cups. Fourthly my left and right tables have unfinished cups that perhaps can be gauge for taste itself.

Unlike their Beanstro outlets, this Coffee Bean does coffee and basic snacks like sandwiches and cakes only. Well positioned at L2 just a floor below Sentosa Monorail and Food Republic, we were impressed with the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended but sandwiches and cakes fell below expectations. Also, they chase you out after 50 min even when there are still available seats at 300pm

Great location, open area looking over to the street, drinks are okay but there are many options (coffee, tea, fruit..). Service is efficient. The only minus point is they limit dine in time to 1hr.

Nice to chill here and have coffee after tiring walk at the mall.... we always go here but I think it's my first time to make a review... During my last visit 2 weeks ago, they already ask customer to order first before sitting which I think is great for paying customers. They're the one to check also that they still have tables when you order... hmm my only comment is that I wish the cashier will mention their promo when you buy something related.... I just learned that they have promo on their IG post but me and my friend already ordered... Edit: Feb2022 and we're back! Lol we hanged out again here yesterday. Not crowded unlike before because maybe people Are still in CNY mood. They have new drink.. tried it seasalt caramel with cookies... it was just ok... My friend didn't like her chocolate cake.

After a long day, me and my girlfriend came here to enjoy the cakes and we fully enjoyed our time at Coffebean Vivo! Though it was a bit crowded we managed to get out order quickly and find a seat. Thank you!

Nice breakfast menu and helpful staff.ordered Eggs Benedict and surprisingly delicious. The set is.value ($12.90) since it consists of a main and tea.The eggs were well made on top of the bread with a slice of ham/bacon.the portion was just nice for me(adult male) so it should serve up as a wholesome meal in the morning.will revisit again.=)

Visit this branch at around 5pm. I believe how they work is that you would have to order first and the staff would then allocate a seat for you. After ordering my drink, there was a male staff that allocated a seat to me. I forgot to ask for his name. He was super friendly and had extremely amazing customer service. After a while, he offered me a corner seat which was more convenient for me. Despite the large crowd on a Saturday evening, he was calm and friendly to all his customers. An amazing job done by him and his team :)

Good place to rest having ice latte while prepare to go or just return back from Sentosa Resort World which is the express train is right on the a level above Coffee Bean. Like every branch the pickup counter is at the left side of the order counter. You can order most coffee kind here, green tea and cakes also available to order.

Ivan was very approachable and friendly. The manager on duty surprised us by giving us a new cup of hot choc which my kid had accidently spill while drinking. It was really a kind gesture. Will come back again for their service. Cheerios...!!!

I politely asked the counter person how long will my food take as I'm just hungry and she promptly checked for me, told me that it will come soon and it did. It also came with a complimentary cheese cake as an apology for the long waiting time 🤪. Honestly they didn't need to give me the cheese cake as I was genuinely curious about how long more I would need to wait for my food. Really good service and excellent attitude by the staff, would give them 7 stars if possible. To the staffs working today, if you see this review, sorry for the inconvienience and thanks for the freebie. Good job to you guys.

Pretty good place for quick and easy coffee. I like how their located in several places across Singapore. I would still choose to explore other options though as I can find this in my home country as well. However if you just need a quick coffee fix this should do the job just fine.

Although a little old, the coffee is as decent as the rest of their outlets. However, the one-hour dining in duration policy should be re-evaluated. This is quite an inconvenience. It is understandable if there's a long queue and tables are urgently needed. However, there were empty tables and obviously there is no need to chase people off. Staff should monitor on the ground and be flexible with it.

Staff didn't understd my query abt needing to top up extra for the specialty coffee where the set meal comes with standard brew but happily added the full price of the specialty variety. When asked how much I wanted to top up my membership card to make payment and I replied $20, he failed to consider the final price was more than what the top up wld amount to so in the end, I had to pay remaining 80cents in cash aft having used Pay Wave. Food was decent in taste tho the avocado toast cld have been a bit better toasted; its appearance was very nice tho ! The standard brew was a Sumatra Dark Roast which was actually quite good 👍🙂

Staff was great and the coffee nice. Pastries not top but still ok. It is open before any other shop so it provides a quiet spot until 9:30am for meetings and eventually work, which is great.

Ordered 2 sets of Coffee with Cheese cake and use my $12 redemption voucher. Realised i was charged i set for $12 and the other $11.70. When i realised the mistake, i was refund $0.30. Better becareful when we use such voucher.. maybe charge even if the set is of lesser value.😪

The service was nice and the drinks were great. There were lots of free seating and a wide variety of drinks to choose from. There is also air conditioning and free wifi.
