Bought my first car with Stanley, his reputation is as stated by many: honest, straightforward, open to negotiation. Car was handed over in excellent condition, and well-groomed. Despite being registered as a PHV, Stanley was confident in the car’s condition and was able to provide a 2 weeks guarantee for gearbox and engine (where other dealers were not willing to). Handover was hassle free and done within a day. So far no issues with the car. Thanks!

I would like to recommend Stanley as he is prompt in replying to my enquiries: the difference between ES250 executive and luxury series and he responded immediately and then asked when would I like to view the car. My husband, my sister-in-law and I were blown away by how well maintained the car was and there was also a service record provided which stated the date when the previous car owner went to lexus service center for servicing. Seeing how interested we were in the car, Stanley asked if we would like to test drive the car before we talk about the price. He mentioned that we should experience and test the car before we talk about the price. My husband felt his sincerity because it seems seldom that the salesperson from other dealers will allow them to test drive the car especially on first visit. The whole experience was pleasant with Stanley (and the car) and we decided to purchase the car on the very first visit.
