This is our second time purchasing BMW with SA, Elsie Yeo. We did not know her prior to our first purchase. We were happy with her professionalism since the first purchase, and she has been sending "happy birthday" sms to us the last 6 years. To me, these little thoughts count. Nothing beats having Benedict as your sales rep because from start to end, he will handle the transaction in entirety. It doesn't feel I need to lift a finger at all! Met sales consultant Sarah Goh when we visited PML after the car show to check out the X1. She is very pleasant. We were sold! The whole process was smooth. Although the COE bidding took a while, Sarah made efforts to keep us updated. Kelvin Aw is aptly called BMW Genius! He is very knowledgeable. We met him when we took delivery of our car.. He helped to sync our phones and patiently explained all the features which are very new and techie, very unfamiliar to us tech dinosaurs!
