I highly recommend Adrian Yew as he is a very honest and hardworking individual. I first engaged him to enquire about a mazda 3, however he was patient with me when I wanted to try other models instead of the mazda 3. I sold my car to them and bought another car from them. Good: 1) Friendly staff 2) Fair trade-in value 3) Free water purifier Bad: 1) Terrible grooming (although it was promised during the negotiation that the car I was buying would be groomed properly before the handover, it was handed over with a lot of dirty/muddy water marks all over the car) 2) Slow processing time (they took 16 days to settle the outstanding loan and release the money for the car I sold to them. I was told that the delay was due to the size of their finance operations) 3) They charge extra 300 SGD if you don't take insurance from them. Conclusion: I would recommend using their services but make sure they do the grooming before you pay the deposit. Otherwise, they don't seem to care about grooming.
