I wanted to take a moment to commend Mr. Melven for his outstanding service during my recent car purchase. Melven provided exceptional assistance, offering detailed information and support throughout the entire process. His knowledge and dedication made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Melven, for your excellent service. It truly made a difference. [ update on 8 August] I would like to highlight that the spare car key is slow to respond when unlocking or locking the car door. Several times, the car screen has prompted that it is unable to detect the car key. Despite informing the workshop and their key duplication vendor and having a new key duplicated, I am still encountering the same problem. I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Updated on 1 October 2024. The problem persists despite the vendor replacing the key for me. Now the media player also start to intermittent hang.

Special thanks to Mr. Don Ngeow of JACK CARS. Don is the best car sales representative I have ever met who spent, for the first car viewing only, nearly 4 hours with me. Not his fault but mine as I am an extremely careful car buyer. Overall there is absolutely no pressure selling at all. He is courteous, professional, patient, knowledgeable about cars and most importantly - very sincere in providing his opinions and solutions. Don is the one who will go for not just one, but 100 extra miles for his clients Don made me feel that I had bought a private jet - more than a Rolls Royce!
