Absolutely great experience at this bike shop! Came across this place after shopping around for my phantom 200 on carousell. When I first arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how direct and honest both Wan and Gen were in sharing the details of the bike, which was a sharp contrast to a dealer I visited just before. Both of them were friendly and chill and you can tell they are genuine. Took me close to 4 weeks from the first visit to eventually bring the bike home, but throughout the process Gen was super patient and proactive in following up, responsive in answering all my questions as well as easy to communicate with. Such a pleasure!

Messaged Gen to enquire on a new motorcycle. Replies were prompt and and straightforward. Have enquired with some other dealers and their replies on pricing was always a little beating around the bush. Nothing of that sort with Gen, she was as transparent as my 100% law abiding helmet visor. Duration from the day of my enquiry to the day of bike collection was swift even with the xmas holiday in between. Will definitely look for her again if i ever change to another motorcycle. 👍👍👍

Wan & Gene were very helpful and upfront on all fees, so no sudden "admin fee" or watever, unlike some previous shops I patronised. They went the extra mile: Wan sourced out from other shops for the bike colour I wanted as agent said needed to wait for another shipment, and Gene got me the best insurance deal I wanted. I had such a wonderful experience buying my first bike from Gen! She was very dedicated in her work, keeping tabs on me from the first time I ever approached her almost 2 months ago. Even during the period where I dropped my interest from purchasing from LAW which led to some complications faced in the aftermath, Gen has been such a valuable support system even though it wasn’t related to her. These experiences further cemented my decision to purchase my beautiful first bike from LAW as they are really solid and transparent in their sales without any nonsensical tactics faced from other dealers.
