Had a very tight timeline to meet, to change my handlebars to a customised one. Had a hiccup with the supplier but Lucas was very accommodating and understanding. He gave constant updates without me asking. Shoutout to their mechanic, Ben for being meticulous and professional. It was a joy changing the parts with him.

LV customs is the place to go to, been with them for 2 years now, since I bought a bike from them and did every job and service on the bike since. Never had a single issue with them. The owner and main mechanic are super chill and always down for a banter and kopi. The owner will answer the oddest questions on WhatsApp aa any given time of the day, that's what I call service. Always reccomended that shop to my fellow friends and riders. Even if I will change my bike in the future I will always go back.
