Wow my encounter with Eric really went back almost 3 years. With just a casual message on asking him how much is the new Honda Bezel to owning my own car now. Eric is one of the most patient and his follow up with his customer is super outstanding and his perseverance towards follow up is unbelievable close. He had been updating me with COE when it dipped and also had sent me cars that might fit my budget. He had meticulously remember what my budget and preference was and was always keeping a lookout for me. He even went thru the financial plan with me very patiently, working out my budget for the available cars. He even went to the extent of advising me to send the car for STA check before buying. On the day of collection he went thru everything in the car to make sure I understand what each function was for...as well. I took up almost 2 hours of his time from paperwork to driving off.I would define recommend Eric to anyone who wants to change or buy car for sure. He is never pushy and always understand and listens proactively to his customers needs and expectations. Also he took the effort to do a grooming and servicing of the car before handing it over .. impressively delighted with his service.

Went to a few car dealer to view car and saw one advertisement on Toyota Prius alpha and contacted Eric Yong from Ubi, he is easy contactable via WhatsApp and thru message you can feel he is friendly. Met him few days later to view the prius, he is not pushy, explains every details step by step and ask my preferences in getting a car. After listening he tried to recommend some others but not to my expectations and pricing. He was still smiling and I have to say goodbye to him. Few days later I saw another ads on Toyota C-HR,contacted Eric again, he was very welcoming and brought my wife along. Beside C-HR, we viewed other cars too and he allowed us to test drive the cars we are keen. In the end we tested drive two cars. Some car company don’t allows us to test drive unless we put a deposit. Eric was very patient, friendly, cheerful and he always reply my messages and answer my calls almost immediately during office hours.(I don’t disturb him after office hours as I personally wants my work life balance too so to be fair to him). In the end I got my car from him! He is also very responsible. I would recommend my friends to him and hope he will bloom in this industry.

Bought a Toyota Noah Hybrid and collected it today. Firstly, I would like to thank and strongly recommend Mark Yong for making this process of purchasing a PI car seamless and ENJOYABLE. Have read on forums that getting PI cars are like taking a gamble, often stressful and having issues with the dealers. Mark is an honest, sincere guy and does his very best to honor his word. He represented the company well and is surely an asset! First off, I required a car fairly urgently and hence paid for the car just before the COE took a huge plunge on 6th Feb. This would have caused undue stress to most and even me. However Mark was understanding. He delivered the car on time as promised. He also took the initiative to help sweeten the deal (shall not share the details here) as he knew I had “overpaid” for the car. This is a generous move which I am sure not all dealers will give. I appreciated it. This company deserves the good ratings and this is not possible without employees like Mark. I wish him a successful career and recommend the company to value employees like him.
