My honest and sincerest review I've ever done. First of all.. very very friendly.. both husband and wife. Based on my personal experience from various motorbike shop, from the moment i arrive, i was welcomed by the boss in the most friendliest way. Making me feel so welcomed and not shy to voice out my need to choose a bike. And the boss (Alex) even recommended me a bike that suits me and within my budget. And importantly, he was transparent about the price and all. Secondly, updated me every now and then until the bike was handed over to me. Lastly, kept his promise to deliver the bike on time. Even though it was rushing for him despite handling all by himself and his wife and having to handle alot of customers. Value hub motor, the place where i will definitely recommend to my friends and to anyone who asks me where to buy a bike. Try it to believe it... :)

Great deal we have with Alex and mrs. Went down and yesterday and got the new bike today. Hassle free and smooth transaction. Boss is very patient to teach us all the motorbike stuff.
