Great services. Easy check in. Car was in impeccable condition. If i can make a suggestion. There is no guiding signs when driving back to the airport to the return cars lot.. A couple of signs would be welcome.

It has been a good experience in taking the Avis Car Rental. The two gentleman at Terminal 3 was polite and attendent to your questions promptly. The car given to me was clean and comfortable. Retuning was a breeze. If anyone wants to rent a vehicle without any confusion should rent ftom avis. Summary: Great casual yet responsive service. Competitive rates for long term rentals. Willing to take feedback and suggestions and to be flexible with their rentals. I've been renting with this Avis branch for over 2 years at this point, specifically for personal use with their non-luxury range. In that time I've seen them grow better as a company, which is difficult to say for many companies. Esther, the BDM of the company has been my main contact for the entire rental period and has delivered professional and prompt service throughout. Some issues I had with Avis at the start were the fact that their cars did not come with a dashcam. After giving them feedback about this, when it came time for my car to be retired, the car provided had both front and rear cameras, which came in handy when I got into a minor accident a couple months ago. The other issue I had with them was the fact that on my initial service, I was given a temporary replacement car, which I had to return with a full tank of fuel. In comparison, no such requirement applied to them, which meant that my car was returned with 1/4 a tank of fuel. After giving my feedback to Esther again, the next service had both cars required to be returned full, as well as the car being washed and cleaned after service, which was very welcome. Recently I had some gripes with the new Mazda 3 I was given - specifically regarding the inability of the key to have a proximity unlock function, as well as several other features which seemed to be a downgrade over the previous Mazda 3. Esther was willing to listen to my (admittedly quite minor but annoying) concerns and was able to ask Avis management for a replacement car, which I really appreciate. Other than that, their process when you get into an accident is quite straightforward (although I've only experienced it with a very minor nick on the side mirror). There's a bit of paperwork due to insurance but they guide you through it so it wasn't much of an issue. Also, not exactly enthused by the changes in price because I had a really good deal on my first rental, but in comparison to other car rental companies they really are competitive for the price.

Booking and checking out the car was a breeze. Checking in was easier, with just a key drop. Absolutely satisfied with the vehicle and with the contract, everything was above board. Kudos to staff at Waterfront Plaza.
