I started renting my first car from them was good. It was only until I the car had problems due to high mileage and need to overhaul, they decided to replace me with another car. I requested for another model, they said would try their best to get if can. The car that I got replaced with a French car, yet giving me a lots of problems like, air-con not cold, seat belt restraint, steering rack has noisy grinding sound, body panel from pillar fallen out etc. They even couldn't get me a replacement car because their fleets rented out. Because of this, I lost my income for Private Hire already $10k as the car stuck in workshop every time when fault happens. They wanted to replace me another car which the choices they giver was kinda OCD. Hence, I have been renting them for the past 5 years and decided to go back in the working world.
