Rented a Mercedes E250 Cabriolet for my wedding day. They are very professional and knowledgeable with what they are doing. Their services are excellent. During the hand-over, it was very thorough, their staff Eden explained and even showed me all the functions of the car himself, to make sure that I would be able to operate all the functionality of the car with ease. The car’s conditions are well kept and very smooth driving. It is definitely a great experience and totally worth it. Side note: they even goes the extra miles to offer to mail back the cashcard that I have forgotten in the car. Kudos to their excellence services.

Engaged SG bridal cars for my wedding banquet and it was certainly one of the best service providers. Handover was very thorough with the clear explanations on the terms and conditions, and they were very accomodating with the request. Service was top notch and everything went smoothly. Go for the Mercedes convertible and it's definitely a wow factor for all. Definitely recommended to all wedding couples.

<EDITED> Adequate response time, they replied roughly 27-59 minutes within opening time. Their website wrote booking date maximum 3 months but all fully booked when I tried booking 102 days in advance. 7 days into august and I got front booked by so many couples, I guess their demand is high but car supply is low. Even their partners don’t have anything for me. 3* for Inability to deliver services.

Very professional and smooth transition when collecting and returning. A great orientation and checks to make sure all safety and guidelines, rented the cabriolet for my big wedding day, the car is also well maintained and great for wedding shoots, absolutely recommended for anyone who want to rent their car for their big day !

Rented a E250 AMG Cabriolet from SG Bridal Cars. Handover / takeover was smooth, handover IC was friendly and experienced. Car was equipped with various useful items for wedding day, which was extremely handy. I felt like I made the right choice to rent a self-drive car, for the wonderful experience.

It was my first time ever renting a car and I was so glad that its from SGBRIDALSCARS. I rented their e250 merc cabriolet for my wedding for 4 days. Car was very well prepared, for both groom and bride emergencies. Car was very well maintained and the on site survey was very transparent, pointing out what flaw the car already has even when I did not notice it at all. First day of the wedding the car couldnt start due to a mechanical issue but the team was very reaponsive and quick to act to resolve the issue even if it was early in the morning so it was very greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend SGBRIDALCARS to anyonw that wants to rent be it first time or not. Thank you sgbridalcars team for making my first rental experience a very smooth and enjoyable one.
