Premier’s service was really fantastic. We needed a car really last minute during the holiday season and Fred helped us getting one really fast. He was very prompt and friendly to us, helped us with the admin work and checked through the car thoroughly with us before handing it over. The return was also hassle free as the staff came collect the car at my doorstep. We will definitely come back for car rentals when we need to the next time!

Renting a car with Premier is a breeze. Everything so seamless. Every touch point well connected. Car are well maintained and clean. Service is top notch. Your job is just to drive and enjoy the trip. I drove all the way to Malaysia and back. Kudos to Lynn Chong and her team. Although car collection is on a weekend, everyone is there to help to make sure everything in tact for my trip. Premier again? Yes definitely. Till then God blessed.

When I start renting a car sometime years ago to drive for grab and for personal use, i always make it a point to rent from a reputable company, after switching from several rental company I come across Premier Rent A Car few years ago from TADA advertisement. After some checking, I found out they are the Premier Taxi company, those silvercab taxis on the road, are theirs. Yes, this is big enough and reputable company. Premier Rent A Car share the same building as Premier Taxi (Silvercab) in Changi South, and they have their own car workshop right at their site to service their cars. I have rented from several company so I know how it work, but Premier is different. From the first moment you rent, they will assign you one of their sales team to handle your account. Anything we want to enquire, we can ask the sales support via whatsapp. It is much more humane person-to-person company. My sales is Allen Chong and i am thankful to have him and the rest of Premier staff, since the beginning their response is fast, attentive to our needs as drivers and u can feel this is an established company. But the major reason why you should rent from a reputable company is because of this: I was involved in a major accident in CTE in March 2021... A car drove maybe past 100km/h at CTE and hit me from behind on a third lane and run away. It has now been classified as 'hit and run' and investigative officer has met and informed me that the case is now ongoing. What Premier did really live up to their professional standard, i couldn't ask for more. From the first moment I told Allen about what happen, Premier team come to the location to tow the car back to their workshop and ask me to rest and heal. After I recuperate from the incident, they gave me a replacement car for my use. Refer me the lawyer handling accident case to purse the matter to the guy who did the hit and run. They (The Premier Team) handled everything as per the textbook and I am thankful for it. Not only during this incident, I still remember those times these past one year, if any mechanical problem I have with the car, their workshop will fix it right away. Having their workshop at their own building right there really is a convenient to everyone. I would STRONGLY URGE everyone out there, if you are driving a car on a long term basis, rent from a reputable company. This are big company who are NOT out to chop your head when you return the car or are involved in an accident. As a driver who need peace of mind while driving on the road, we can be assured everything will be done as per the book, we can recuperate physically and mentally, and still continue with our lives and rent from them. As a fellow driver, I can proudly recommend this company to you all. We are in the road maybe 12 hours a day, we need to have a peace of mind that we are renting from the good and established company. Thank you so much Allen Chong and the rest of the team, Lynn, Wei Jun, Mohammad who attend to my case and was always attentive to all their customers need. I am grateful to be a customer for your company.
