This is one of the best rental companies I have ever experienced. From the start, they were very fast in responding to my inquiries about the bike. During the rental period, I had an issue with the bike, and they offered to change it while fixing the issue. Everything was done digitally, so you just pick and go. Making it very smooth. Kudos to their Customer service for ensuring I had a pleasant time during the rental period. I rented their Ducati Monster 1200, and it was in great condition. I had a smooth and enjoyable ride. I will definitely rent from them again and hope they have more options for Class 2A and 2 bikes. Rent from them ! :)

Found them on carousell and have been renting the Aerox V1 for the past couple of months and so far it has been a smooth journey. They are very particular in maintaining EO changes which is great as that shows how much they care for their bikes. When there are slight issues, TRC are very responsive on whatsapp and would always be there to schedule an appt to their workshop ASAP. When my bike isn’t ready for the day, bike replacements are always given instantly to avoid and inconvenience for myself. Had an issue with my bike and wasn’t confident enough to ride it to workshop and they were very swift with their replies and provided a tow service instantly. Prices for their monthly rental is worth their good service provided and i have always recommended them to my friends when they were looking for a rental bike. Have never regretted renting from them since the start. Definitely worth your money. Pickup up of bikes and signing of contracts are hassle free. The team handling Whatsapp enquiries and at the counters are friendly and service is exceptional. Kudos to the team. 👍🏻

Had been eyeing renting with TRC even before i got my 2B license, so when i finally passed, i contacted them! Renting Procedure Breakdown: 1. contact them (i did via WhatsApp) 2. confirm rental dates 3. sign edocuments and verification 4. payment + ($100 deposit) 5. collection of bike Couple of things to note: - $100 deposit refundable after 7 days - Collection of the bike is NOT at their Kaki Bukit address such as the one on this Google page, but rather at their partner at Mah Pte Ltd at 1179 Serangoon Rd. - Minimum rental of 3 days. - Entire procedure is done without a need to interact with anyone physically (perfect for introverts) I rented the Vespa Sprint 150 for 3 days for a total of $120 + $100 deposit, the bike was in good condition for the most part, and i appreciate it coming with a very trustworthy Zedge phone mount! Bike had approx 70K on the odometer and didn’t encounter any issues throughout my time using it. Thank you TRC for making my first ride experience a pleasant one and i will definitely be back to try out different bikes!

I recently had the pleasure of renting an Aerox from The Riders Collective, and I must say that was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had! Everything just flowed properly-from start to finish-efficiently and hassle-free; this is a perfect opportunity for people who wish to have a very smooth motorcycle rental. What struck me most was the contactless collection and return of the bike. It was a first-time experience, where instead of meeting anyone in person to pick up the bike, I only had to follow directions from the shop, sending across pictures of the bike taken from different angles. This way, I collected the bike without any physical interaction, making it very safe and convenient, especially during these times. Added advantages were the digital agreements. I was able to complete everything online, booking, signing the rental agreement, to confirm payment before even stepping foot in the shop. The process was really straightforward, and I liked how speedily everything was processed to mean I got to focus more on enjoying my ride. As for the bike itself, the Aerox was in pristine shape. It's obvious that The Riders Collective takes great care of its fleet. The bike was spotless, well-maintained, and ran flawlessly throughout my entire ride. It was comfortable, easy to handle, and gave fantastic performance-totally appropriate both for experienced riders and motorbike newbies. The pricing was also very affordable considering the quality of the service and the bike itself. I really felt that great value for money and the level of convenience offered by The Riders Collective made it all even better. I really appreciated the attention to detail and customer care. Overall, I highly recommend The Riders Collective to anyone who is going to rent a bike. For locals and visitors alike, their ease, contactless process, top-quality bikes, and excellent customer service make them the go-to choice for motorcycle rentals. This is my second rental from them, and each time, they deliver nothing less than satisfaction. Highly recommended! I enjoyed the smooth process of renting my XSR 155, which was in excellent condition and came with a rear box. New, clean, and low in mileage. The full rental was automated and requires you to be quite proficient with signing digital PDFs and doing basic smartphone operations. I asked to rent on the day itself and picked up the motorcycle just 2 hours after the confirmation. Fuss-free and something I'd do again. I did pick up my vehicle at MacPherson though, and not the Kaki Bukit main office address listed on Google.

Super Nice Experience Riding this bike, is quiet and also smooth throttle response. Very cheap to charge also cheaper than pumping petrol. Very excellent customer service 😁 very highly recommended to rent from them, their bikes are very clean and well maintained too. Hope to deal again in the future. Some minor improvements are the tyres is a bit slippery need to change better tyres like Prellili Tyres which is bigger to improve stability while riding for the Quantum G2 Bike. Which is a fully Electric Bike. Another one is the under seat compartment whereby when during charging process, can access the battery which is a security issues where people can take the battery away. Given the number of bad apples in the industry, Im usually v skittish w rental companies but i dare say this company is indeed the best motorcycle rental coy in sg. The rental process was straightforward and fuss free. So long you do your best to ensure the any visible damage of the motorcycle is properly documented and the bike is well taken care (as one should) during the rental, there is nothing to worry about.

Recently had the pleasure of renting a bike from The Riders Collective for the past four months, and I must say that their service exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Even though I initially had trouble finding them, their detailed guide provided me with clear directions, the convenience of their location and self-pickup / drop-off services ensured a hassle-free experience. Another aspect that truly stood out was their exceptional response time and round-the-clock support. During my journey with the bike, I got into an unexpected emergency situation, reached out to the support and their prompt and professional assistance helped me resolve the issue swiftly. Their dedication to customer service and willingness to assist in times of need was truly commendable. The competence and professionalism demonstrated by their team gave me peace of mind throughout my rental period. It's reassuring to know that there are rental agencies out there that genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Only downside I’d say was the limited amount of bikes to choose from, most of it was rented out. Not surprised but thats how much people put trust in this agency! Competitive prices, rented the CB150R for 3 days @ $30/day, cheaper if you rent for a longer period of time. Bike came with phone holder and is well-maintained. The bike I rented was in good condition, and they were reasonable and flexible when issues were pointed out eg fuel tank was only half full when I took the bike, so they said I could return it with half a tank too. I hired a Yamaha xMax 300cc scooter for 3 days. Very well maintained and safe bike. Paperless and self collect/return method that was relatively easy. Looks like there's a good range of bikes to hire. I will hire again from this nice little company. Very tentative and prompt service via WhatsApp.

Paperless; everything is done online. Collection/Return; just take/leave and go, after taking photos of the condition/mileage of the bike to show them. Isn’t that very convenient? And all the bike have phone holders, so we don't have to bring our own! As a P-plate rider and yet to purchase a bike, I have rented from them 3 times already, best experience I have ever had.

I rental for 3days the bike that i rental is Fighthawk is very smooth no fault found on the bike and they also prepare for me phone holder where i really need for GPS.. i wish to rent again for class 2A 👍👍

The first bike I rented was a z125 however it was too high for me and I felt uncomfortable, they allowed me to swap for a MSX the following day, other than the faulty IU unit that I had to go to vicom to exchange for a new working one.
