Super thumbs up! Eunice did an amazing job for us! Prompt response, great service from her, and top quality gate compared to what I have seen in the market. I cannot be happier with my new gate. The gate came in 3 weeks and the finishing of the gate is good. Even when I had a small issue with the gap between my house floor and gate, being a little larger than I would have liked, the workers were quick to respond with an idea to install additional plates at the bottom of the gate to close the gap. When I found scratches on the glass panel, Eunice would replace the glass for me. My new gate is beautiful and classy and it makes me extremely happy just looking at it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs doors/gate installed! For someone who is extremely meticulous and particular, they have/had served me well by giving me a very well made gate in 3 weeks! 👏👏👏

We went down for a visit to The Door Specialist on a saturday, & left very happy after settling our main door & gate, digital lock & 2 bathroom doors. Please ask for Eunice!😊 Although it was near closing time, she assisted us with a very helpful & cheery disposition. We are very pleased with our selected doors & cant wait for installation in our resale flat. Tqsm for your help & patience! Updated: We purchased the bundle of Main Gate & Main Door with both Digital Locks, ×2 Toilet Doors and ×3 Bedroom Door Handle Levers. On the day of installation altogether, all went well and we are very happy and satisfied with the final product after the installation. Except that we have issue with our Main Door which got Cracked due to the Door Lock installation issue. We updated Eunice, and we would like to praise for Eunice effort and understanding to resolve the issue. Eunice take alot of her effort to update her boss and liase with the vendor's accordingly and get back to us promptly on what they gonna do to resolve the cracked issue. Finally Eunice arranged for both Lock and Door to be removed and re-laminate the Main Door and replaced the Door and Lock back. We are very satisfied with the service rendered by Eunice. She will even do a follow up on how our installation so far doing and offer to update her if we face any issue and provide after sale service. Overall its very reliable and trustworthy company. Almost wanted to give up using this company as I initially contacted Eunice to enquire about the metal glass gate. She was away on leave when I decided to proceed with them. Got referred to Jeff whose service definitely questionable. I had to keep follow up on my enquiries and after fixing a date for my appointment with him, he sent me a text on the actual day to say that he met with an accident and could not meet for the day. He did not follow up on the re-appointment which got me pretty upset if I should really consider The Door Specialist (TDS) and if he is really keen in all his customers requests. All the positive reviews here are absolutely right. I highly recommend The Door Specialist team for their expertise and high service standards. Had a main door with digital lock, 7 bedroom doors with self-closing mechanism and 2 large glass sliding doors done. The main door in particular had complicated fitting requirements. They inspired confidence, recommended great solutions with taste, and delivered excellent products timely, accompanied by bright smiles and encouraging words (renovation is always so stressful!) Costs were very reasonable (we checked out several options, the rave reviews here rightly convinced us to go with them!) Jeff also went the extra mile, coming after-office hours to help us make the necessary assessments and being on-board the entire time to overlook the project. Their work was neat (didn't make a mess of the place, especially since our family was already living in) and efficient. I assure you there's no regrets in choosing them, we're so happy with all our doors, not only do they look good, not a line/edge out of place, they are also clearly durable, and there's not even a single unpleasant creak (so important for a home with small kids at bedtime)!
